Normally subway is a good spot to stop by but it has been very short staffed for a while. While I know short staffing causes stress unfortunately I do not think that means be rude to customers. Tonight it was super backed up with both mobile orders and people waiting in line. I watched who I believe was Denise as her name tag was hard to read since it was above her ear not in front like the young gentleman. She was incredibly rude to multiple customers and was complaining to them about one guy who ran out to get his wallet. While she was not rude to me it is frustrating to watch. Especially because everyone is human and makes mistakes but forgetting the wallet which is less than a minute away is not a reason to talk crap to the other customers in line and tell them how you don’t have time for that. And then taking it out on others. If there are two people both should be able to ring out customers it holds up the line as well. However I will state most people who place mobile orders want to skip the wait. It’s frustrating to wait so long when people in line were served faster and I placed ahead of time.

It’s likely not the fault of the one staff member who has been working the last two times I’ve tried to stop in to get food. Both of these times (today and 3 days ago) it is just one lone worker running the entire store so the wait time is at least 20-30 minutes per person. I’m sure if they had more people working, the service and food quality would be much better. Shame on the higher ups in the company for even forcing them to stay open while this understaffed. Hire more people or close the store like they did to the one on East Main Street in Kent.

I was quite impressed with my visit to Subway in Kent. Service was very prompt and friendly. Most importantly, the dining room was very clean. The food was everything I have come to from Subway over the years, I particularly enjoyed the Philly Cheese Footlong Sub and the cookies.

Came in during a snowstorm on Black Friday. The woman working (By herself) was Ann, who was extremely nice and made our sandwiches well. She is a very very sweet lady and made my husband and I both feel welcome.

very poor service, my friend and i went inside and there was a little bit of a line so we decided to wait, they didn’t say anything to us. but then she finishes the guys order in front of us and then she decides to tell us that they only have white bread. they didn’t tell us that as soon as we walked in and just let us stand there for 10 mins. very poor customer service.

Small location if you want to sit inside but easy for takeout. Went on a Wednesday night after work when my family decided on Subway at the last minute. These poor guys had to deal with me not knowing what everyone wanted and what bread or cheese or toasted or not. Hahaha they were so nice and patient and never once made me feel rushed or acted impatient. Not sure if I remember their names, Lucas maybe and Chris? But they were super nice and just had to leave a review to thank them for being so patient.
