Definitely appreciate that they had a decent restroom available. Did not appreciate that my cold cut trio seemed to only have ham and bologna, and not much of it. Maybe it’s a corporate thing, but it seems like a few Subways I’ve been to lately have been skimping on the meat. Plenty of toppings though. Drink station had good soda and ice.

They won’t take coupons anymore. Onto the Barberton subway then!

Despite their sign saying that you can order through the app and still use the coupon, that’s not true. This location won’t accept coupons regardless. Lost my family’s business forever.

Of all the subways in the area, this one in the best. I have placed multiple online orders which were exactly as ordered and ready ontime. Thank you

Wish they had the protein bowels here, Or Gluten free bread option. But otherwise a good spot to stop for lunch.

We stopped to get a sandwich at 8:45 pm, store closes at 9. The worker making our sandwiches was very rude. Im guessing due to the time near closing. He slammed our sandwiches in the bag and handed them to me. I tipped him and said have a good night. No reply but he did follow us to the door and quickly locked it behind us and shut the lights off. I called the next day to try and speak to the owner. They weren’t available so i told the person to please have them call me. Never received a call back. I will never be back to this location and will drive out of my way to find another subway.

The food is solid as far as you would expect of a Subway.

Staff here is right to the point, and not particularly social, but perhaps it wasn’t the greatest of days. But they weren’t rude. So that’s fine.

Many subways have been remodeled for more modern aesthetics, but unfortunately, this styling means it has about as much personality as a corporate breakroom. This has pretty much been pretty consistent with other remodels in the past, but when you think the interior can’t get anymore bland… You’ll be surprised. But that’s fine, it doesn’t need to be a comfortable lounge. Get in and get out.

It’s a Subway. It’s fine. Get your sandwich fix.

It’s all right…. Not anything else around to eat except pizza. Everything’s fine – until there’s a problem — then an odd attitude comes out.

Once, I got a “combo,” but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips — so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).

Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! There is no picture of the breads anymore, either; this wouldn’t be a problem, but the bread choices are always changing…. Meh

Meh. Bland and expensive. Ever since they took the plasticizer ingredient out of the bread and exposed the tuna for what it truly is which is still up in the air, nothing’s been the same. It wasn’t that long ago you can get five different footlongs for $5. Now that just seems like a dream from long ago. Pretty much not eating there anymore either. Bland food, questionable Ingredients and super high prices are the reason why.
Update: I just went back and ordered a submarine sandwich that cost me $12. It was the chicken sub and it looked like it was supposed to be in a substantial sub because of the price number one in the photograph on the wall. But it was a lousy unfilled bun that literally upset me because of the amount of money I just threw away. I mean I don’t know what’s going on anymore because this is getting out of control. Those subs used to be nice and hefty and they were delicious and now they’re just sparsely loaded up and the people that work there didn’t seem to really listen to me or care. They made me feel like I should just turn around and leave. So I’m completely now done with eating anything from a Subway for the rest of my life. I’m no longer going to risk losing that kind of money for pure garbage. Overpriced and absolutely not worth the money at all. That sub which I literally laid down $12 for should have only cost $6.50

Husband just went in for one sub. The two workers didn’t acknowledge is presence. One worker was making subs and the other at the register After five minutes, still didn’t. He asked if he could get something. They went back to what they were doing. We made sandwiches at home.

Came in after softball and just wanted to get something quick, cheap and good to eat. Why not subway right? Wrong!!!
This is the second time we have gone there late in the evening same employee looks at us like ugh now I have to work. He was a jerk as I always see him that way. Plus once again the can only offer flat wheat bread NOTHING ELSE! I instantly got frustrated and went to Jakes across the street. Even though we had to wait 25 minutes to get our food at least the lady there was super nice and wasn’t annoyed when we walked in towards closing.
Subway FYI everything starts with customer service. Train your employees to at least smile.
