Despite their sign saying that you can order through the app and still use the coupon, that’s not true. This location won’t accept coupons regardless. Lost my family’s business forever.
Staff here is right to the point, and not particularly social, but perhaps it wasn’t the greatest of days. But they weren’t rude. So that’s fine.
Many subways have been remodeled for more modern aesthetics, but unfortunately, this styling means it has about as much personality as a corporate breakroom. This has pretty much been pretty consistent with other remodels in the past, but when you think the interior can’t get anymore bland… You’ll be surprised. But that’s fine, it doesn’t need to be a comfortable lounge. Get in and get out.
It’s a Subway. It’s fine. Get your sandwich fix.
Once, I got a “combo,” but all she gave me was a drink & sandwich but no chips — so an uncomfortable argument ensued (for no reason).
Last time I was there, I found they now have an obtrusive cover for the products so you cannot visually see any of your options! There is no picture of the breads anymore, either; this wouldn’t be a problem, but the bread choices are always changing…. Meh
Update: I just went back and ordered a submarine sandwich that cost me $12. It was the chicken sub and it looked like it was supposed to be in a substantial sub because of the price number one in the photograph on the wall. But it was a lousy unfilled bun that literally upset me because of the amount of money I just threw away. I mean I don’t know what’s going on anymore because this is getting out of control. Those subs used to be nice and hefty and they were delicious and now they’re just sparsely loaded up and the people that work there didn’t seem to really listen to me or care. They made me feel like I should just turn around and leave. So I’m completely now done with eating anything from a Subway for the rest of my life. I’m no longer going to risk losing that kind of money for pure garbage. Overpriced and absolutely not worth the money at all. That sub which I literally laid down $12 for should have only cost $6.50
This is the second time we have gone there late in the evening same employee looks at us like ugh now I have to work. He was a jerk as I always see him that way. Plus once again the can only offer flat wheat bread NOTHING ELSE! I instantly got frustrated and went to Jakes across the street. Even though we had to wait 25 minutes to get our food at least the lady there was super nice and wasn’t annoyed when we walked in towards closing.
Subway FYI everything starts with customer service. Train your employees to at least smile.
