Ordered a chicken bacon ranch, bread was burnt and cold and somehow the ingredients inside didnt seem melted or cooked at all. Raw bacon is always fun to eat as well Definitely wont be coming back.

Never eat at this Subway. Every time I’ve ordered from here the bread is stale or burnt. The people that work here have the worst attitude ever and act like it’s not their job to serve people their food. They moan and groan and just are unfriendly people the moment you walk through the door. I’ve tried this Subway twice because my first experience was horrible, I decided to give it another shot and it’s exactly the same. Nothing seems fresh at this Subway. I tried calling in after the ruined my lunch and not a single person picked up the phone.

This was My Steak melt I bought at This Subway,It was creamed in a paper sack, when I got home I couldn’t get it out but to tear the paper bag ( pictured) open and let it slide on a paper plate.The bread was all doughy and tough, It was impossible to eat.I wouldn’t go back to this One.We waited in line 10- 15 min while they filled mobil orders…this was so bad.im discussed..The drink and cookies was all I could eat of My meal.

I got two footlongs and two of the new pepperoni dippers. Sabrina was serving me and almost gave me two cups of ranch instead of chipotle which is what comes with the pepperoni dippers, then as she is shoving everything into a small bag because she didn’t feel like getting a bigger one the chipotle sauce cup falls to the floor, she picked it up and proceeded to put it back in my bag. I came to subway to have a nice clean easy meal and my sauce is on the floor definitely in appropriate and rude and I don’t know if I’ll ever come back to this one.

I recently visited the Subway located in Norton and had a very disappointing experience. The lady named Amber who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by my presence and rushed me through my order without any courtesy. To top it off, she was cussing and creating a negative atmosphere. She even left a line full of customers waiting while she went outside, leaving us all puzzled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues.

*** went in literally last minute on the 4th of July- please give the guy and girl working today a raise. They didn’t complain whatsoever, despite it being 5 minutes until close. Could not be more grateful to them, was able to get food for our family after a long day on a trail, we got to enjoy food with our grandma and made her 4th better.Thank you so much,!!! Food was fresh, and delicious***
although I haven’t gotten to go here for a while, the last time I was there everything ran smoothly. The employees were friendly, they didn’t seem to mind me being indecisive, and even offered helpful suggestions. sometimes when I go to Subway I know what I want, and sometimes I don’t… And when an employee knows what is good and what isn’t, I do take their advice. usually, most sideways I go to the employees only eat one or two sandwiches, and are not very helpful…. This place however… They seem to know their stuff 🙂
