Ordered online today and got the wrong sandwich. I decided to call the restaurant and was told I could get another sandwich made so I made sure to take pictures of the sandwich we had to that they could clarify it was the wrong one. When I get there though they tell me I needed to bring the other sandwich so that they could make me a new one. I don’t understand why they wanted it when it was already touched and open. Also I don’t understand why she didn’t tell me that over the phone before I got there. I’ve been going here for years and it was a very good place but since the pandemic things have truly changed in a terrible way at this restaurant. I will no longer buy food here

I’ve order from this location several times. The last order was fine except I was missing an item. It was delivered to me and when I emailed support the only thing that was said to me was they were sorry. No attempt at even giving any sort of compensation for the issue. I responded back a two times and no one even responded. Very disappointed with the poor customer service!

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever eaten in. The man is so stingy with every item it’s horrible. 6 black olives on a foot long sub?? Really? And more will cost me additional? Oil and vinegar splashed on 1/4 of the sub, and more will cost me more? You have to be kidding! All this and stale bread too.

Worst. Subway. ever. Yes my expectations are higher than at McDonald’s. Please higher staff who pretend to care at least. The new staff needs training. I said no jalapenos, you added jalapenos. I said sandwich only and you charged $1.29 for a tiny bag of chips, then would not refund me. Instead of apologizing, you argue. My loss $1.29, your loss is my future business and alllll my coworkers…
