My daughter ordered from here tonight and when they went to pick it up they said they only had 1 of her orders. When she got home and checked her bank account she was charged for both. She called the store and told them they said bring your phone back up and we will get you your order. When she went back up they said there was nothing they could do for her but give her the managers number and wait until they give her a refund which could take a few days. This is totally unexceptable. On 1 of the coldest days of the year she chooses to patronize your store and have to go there twice and not receive an honest apology or her food or refund. I worked in customer service for over 35 years and never had anyone be treated like this . If someone from corporate would like to reach out it would be greatly appreciated. This was memphis rd in cleveland.

I just left this subway without ordering tonight because, i watched a lady, cashing out a guy with his order then blowing her nose Then, didn’t even wash her hands and tried to put rubber gloves on. I asked her politely to wash her hands. She did.
But I still left, because I couldn’t. Imagine what they were doing beforehand. You need better employees discussing. I wasn’t happy last week when I went either, but that was the last time for me.

The shop look old from outside. However, inside is nice and clean, few clean tables and a nice sitting area.
The queue was not long, the guy helped me was very nice, wearing gloves, ask me few times if I need anything else, the cashier was nice and polite.
I like the place and will come back.

Horrible service my son ordered a kids meal they gave him ham no drink no apple slices! Called repeatedly no answer horrible place will never go to this location again. Also asked for a toasted meatball and got this!

Zero stars! Our sandwhiches came in 7 wrappers each, i asked for not toasted in which it came toasted and disgusting. The fillings are on the outside and not the inside. I asked for pickles and instead it came with ONE cucumber. Who puts cucumber on steak? Messy diagusting sandwhiches and service. These people need fired. Put items that i did not ask for and the items i did ask for was not on there. Worst location and enployee pool possible!! Doordash was also mad and is contacting corporate for such ignorant and horrible service! Would not recommend this location whatsoever! Ive had better subs from subway in the ghetto!

They sell their $5 foot long nachos for $6 and you can’t customize it.
They said the reason for the extra dollar was because they take coupons and that’s how their boss makes his money,but foot long nachos doesn’t require a coupon.
They are on the $5 menu.
