Recently came here for dinner. As usual, sub was great, fresh and tasted great! Staff members were helpful and welcoming. Place was very clean and welcoming. A few seating places and a nice sized parking lot as well.

This place is a joke! Sandwiches always come out messy and nasty. Posted a picture so you can see the slop mess. They need a health check in there too because the workers don’t change gloves as they make everyone’s sandwiches and touch the computers and come back to touching sandwiches again! (Disgusting)

I felt very unsafe at your store. Shouldn’t nobody be allowed to work there that brings their personal life into the store. It’s a time of business not a dating app. You need to think about your other employees. It’s not a place for employees to flirt with customers that have wives. You need to make sure your employees are safe. I observed a white lady and a Black man having confrontation. And I won’t be returning to this location at all.

Thurs May 26th, 8:23 pm. I’m at the door and there is 2 people in there playing music so loud it should b a noise complaint. This place is terrible. Most disrespectful people ive ever dealt with. Close this place down and put in another sub/sandwich place. Dont go here, take your business elsewhere where they respect you!! Shame on you subway for letting these people smear your brand!!! Unfortunately the worst I’ve ordered from. The app crashed and placed my order. I called to cancel they said use the app. App says call the store, and customer care says call the store.

I don’t do reviews but I got a foot long tuna sandwich had a coupon n I ask can she put little more cheese she said no cus I had a coupon then as I looked closely at my sandwich it wasn’t even enough tuna on the sandwich to even spade on there I also had another sandwich I think she was been funny n put lil bite of cheese on there n lots of miracle whip and sweet onion sauce but little does she know that’s how My Son likes a lot of miracles whip n Sweet onion sauce on his sandwich but she didn’t even ask if I wanted a lot tho poor service I will not be back there !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I rarely ever post anything and/or read reviews but my lord I HAD to post something about it. I tried the churro on snow road in brook park Ohio and it was sooooo bad!! Legit terrible; it tastes sooo much like freezer burn and old dough, the cinnamon and sugar could not even touch it trying to cover up the taste. Myself and my brother literally gagged and almost threw up it was that bad, I’m surprised my dog ate it, but they eat their own poop so it probably taste like that. What a terrible experience and will never buy one from them again, I would recommend NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Terrible customer service. I Was the only customer ordering food no one in front and no one behind, there was two people sitting and halfway done eating their food. Lady had to be mid 30s and was just rude from the start. Didn’t even finish ordering for everyone because she kept getting nastier after each sandwich I ordered, which was only two 6 in subs (one ham &turkey with cheese, one meatball& pepperoni with cheese) and one 12in meat ball sub. Instead of being helpful, she was very impatient, rude and nasty for no reason. Will not be coming back to the restaurant again. Would not recommend this subway either.

Employee all had bad attitudes except for a girl named amber the others we rude and disrespectful. A girl named deadra was making my sandwich went and touched the registers computer then went back to making my sandwich with out changing gloves. A girl named joann was being very rude because im allergic to alot of seasoning and asked a few questions. I used to come get sandwiches alot but this is not the first time i habe gotten horrible service here and i just will not be back.
