This was by far the worst Subway that I have had in my entire life. Staff was not friendly or nice. I could not even eat my sandwich due to how poorly it was made. My sandwich was thrown in the bag without wrapping properly and my sandwich fell apart. I will never be coming back to this location, extremely disappointing.

-5 rating!!! I went to this location and not the closest to me because it got more stars. I went in and told the lady that I had not been to a Subway in some time, so please give me a second. She nicely said no problem; I’m thinking great, nice lady. As, I’m standing there I notice 3 nice size flying just flying around… I make a statement that it seems as if you have a fly problem. The response was very nasty that she didn’t see any flys then second later it changed to just one fly and that it was natural, now l looking a 3 very busy flys and lids not covering the food. I told her nicely that I was ok and went to leave. She began to yell that it’s natural it’s natural!! Now I’m telling her that flys are natural, however your food should have lids that cover the food properly. As she is covering that food she telling me that it is covered. Yelling at me that she doesn’t know what I’m talking about all while yelling IT’S NATURAL over and over. DO NOT EAT HERE ****HEALTH HAZARD ☣️ Oh I just read another review that her bread drop on the floor and the a worker said it didn’t and continued to make her sandwich with it.

Just got a tuna for me and meatball sandwiched for the kids…not sure why 1 of the kids threw up may or may not be related to the sandwich but my tuna was disgusting..first off there was hardly and “tuna’ on it..it was basically tough stale bread with lots of lettuce some hard to bite banana peppers and mayo…the bread was so chewy it hurt your teeth….wasnt like this last time i was there over a year ago…and i wont be back..PS here’s a picture of the other half of my sandwich which i hope the cats will eat…..lets play “find the tuna”

I don’t ever leave reviews, but this needs to go noted somewhere. I usually order through the subway app and pick. Today I went in and ordered. Thank God I did because the lady working dropped the bread on the floor, picked it up and continued to cut my bread with it as if I didn’t see what just happened. I said excuse me, did you just drop that knife and started to cut my bread with it? Oh well, yeah???? Um, excuse me? She then proceeded to change her gloves, get a new knife and bread and started over. But I made it perfectly clear, that is was gross and disturbing. I will not be going back to this location. Been here several times since I moved to Parma Heights. Always good service and food. This morning there was a customer having an epic meltdown over this location not accepting coupons. The employee called the owner on the store’s phone and let the customer speak to the owner. The customer would not calm down, but the employees handled it as gracefully as they could. Yes it would be nice if they honored the coupons but I still think this location does a good job.

Least amount of meat I’ve ever received on a cheesesteak at Subway in my entire life. It was bread and lettuce with what looked like a half portion of meat on a footlong. I did the BOGO online deal and others have commented that they cheat your meat portion if you use a BOGO offer or pay with a coupon. I can see it to be true in my experience. No other reason that you’re required to mention a coupon before ordering unless they plan on reducing the portions.

This Subway on Pearl Road, informed me that they never accept coupons or honor any corporate specials. So any deals you see on line, on tv, or coupons received in the mail, you must find a different Subway location for discounts.

They have a sign at the counter that states “if you are using a coupon, you must let them know before you order”. This tells me that they are going to provide less portions. Basically bait and switch.. I wonder if subway corporate knows about this?!? I don’t use coupons, but this seems wrong to me and I won’t be back.
