I’ve ordered here before and never had an issue. This weekend I ordered a footlong turkey sub and a steak and cheese sub. The turkey sub had one slice on each side and the steak was ice cold hardly any meat. I asked for sauce to be on the side and nothing. I called and spoke to Jaylin he was rude as can be and said his team would never do that and to call the manager on Monday. I started to eat the steak and cheese and there was a long hair twisted in the steak at that point we thew the subs away. I called (Alton) the manager he said he wanted to watch the tapes to see what happened that he would get back to me. He never called back. As a business owner myself do better Alton

Just got a sandwich there. Watched the person make 3 sandwiches and ring out the customers wearing the same gloves. Disgusting. Bread herbs and cheese is hard as a rock definitely not fresh. And it’s an almost $11 sandwich. Do better.

Walked in on the evening of 10/09/2025 to place an order for one sandwich. The guy working told me “come back in a half an hour, I have a big order to do right now”. I’ve worked in food service in my younger years and never would I tell a customer to come back unless our systems were down or something.
This was just pure laziness on his part. I’m not surprised now after seeing all the 1 star reviews.

This location makes the sloppiest sandwiches on earth for delivery. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what but you get the wrong bread usually, the meat is stacked in clumps at one end of the sandwich. Vegetables are not spread out across the whole sandwich and cheese is not separated into slices, sandwich is unappealing to look at and not enjoyable because it’s put together so haphazardly. Not very appetizing.

Very disappointed with Subway. We waited for our order for over an hour, and they never even prepared it. Complete disrespect for customers and absolutely no service. I will never order here again and do not recommend this place to anyone.

So this has to be the 5th Subway I’ve been to where they only have ONE person working making online orders and in store orders, and they say “oh I have three door dash orders ahead of you, and this person, so it’s gonna be a minute before I can get to you” this is bad for business. How do u expect to keep customers if you don’t hire any workers to help. I do not recommend anyone come to this location in particular, you will wait for your food.

Guy smoking a cigarette on curb (subway employee) asks if I was here for subway before walking in. I politely said yes, subway coupons in hand. Verbally and unpleasantly made sure to let me know he was upset that he had to cut his cigarette short, We walk in, he asks how many sandwiches, and reluctantly I say 3, as I can see the aggravation on his face. He rolls his eyes and without washing his hands after just smoking a cigarette, flattens out the paper the sandwiches will be sitting on and wrapped in. Smoothes 2 papers out with his nasty unwashed ungloved hands. I reminded him I was ordering 3 sandwiches, he snaps and says “come on man I thought you said only 2″ I also told him he didnt wash or glove his hands before setting out the paper and asked nicely if he could get us fresh paper after cleaning his hands and he says ” youre really going to be like that right now?” So we just walked out because how rude and nasty that you were about to serve my 3 year old your cigarette juice on her sandwich!! Crazy. Don’t go here. Unsanitary.

Says 24hrs, employee tells me “I have to shut down in 3 minutes” what a terrible wasted trip. I drove 25 minutes out of my way after working a 14hr shift… I don’t recommend EVER coming here again…..

I came at 930 on 10/4/25 after placing a mobile order and driving twenty minutes after getting off work, as we are walking up some guy sitting on the curb smoking a cigarette walking in behind us turns out to be the employee telling us he is sick, in pain and will not be making my food, i told him it was a mobile order to which he told me to cancel it as i am sitting in my car trying ti canel it and order a diffrent food place i watch him service FOUR different orders one being a 5-6 sandwich order.
