If I could give negative stars I would. This is by far the worst subway I have ever been too. My daughter’s sub had maybe 3 pieces of ham on it , it was 95% lettuce. My sub was 90% lettuce and had maybe 4 pieces of chicken on it and absolutely no mayo. IF YOU WANT SUBWAY GO TO THE ONE ON 200th THIS WAS A GIANT WASTE OF MONEY.

Ordered 8 subs for everyone at work today. Not 1 of them were labeled or toasted and poor Julie’s was all mayo like no steak. Disgusting. Very disappointing. My sub was soggy af. Ill drive to willowicks next time. Commen sense to of labeled them. Didn’t get the receipt either.

No one was in there when I arrived but I stood there for 3-5 minutes waiting to be serviced. I had more bread than meat lol. The lady that started my order seemed like she didn’t want to be there. A man came out and finished my order with a smile. So my stars go to him!

Microwave broken unable to make meatballs, said an hour and a half for meatballs? It’s lunchtime you didn’t think to make any earlier? Last time for me here in Euclid always terrible service. For the last 15 years. Subway can’t afford a microwave? They said they cook them in a well, and can’t tell when they’re done so they leave them for 1 1/2. Unbelievable

Customers shouldn’t have to ask employees to wash their hands. When I walked in the store the young lady was sweeping the lobby. I just wanted cookies. She started to grab them until I asked her to wash her hands. She ssid something smart. I will not go there next time.

Usually a good place to pickup a sandwich or salad or even cookies. But today was different. Looks like a new person making the sandwiches and she smashed the bread and ingredients. It never looks anything like the pictures but I guess I shouldn’t expect it to. I can spend my money somewhere else. Careful using coupons here, the price is different at the register.
