Ordered a spicy Italian with banana peppers, black olives, pickles, and mayo. This location is amazing! The sandwiches and cookies are always fresh, the bread is always soft, ingredients delicious! You can tell the staff that work here care about their job and building, its ALWAYS very clean inside and behind the counter also! They are always very friendly and personable. Thanks for a delicious dinner! I appreciate you all!

The “manager” at Subway today was very hostile and aggresive, asking me to leave the store because I took a cup for ice instead of asking him apparently. He yelled at my brother and I and screamed to never come back, this encounter was very racially motivated and i will not be coming back.

My first time coming to this subway. I must say that I will be back! The dining area was clean and well organized and the environment is welcoming and spacious. I stopped here for a quick bite and decided to sit and enjoy my meal. The employee that was on staff saw that I stayed and decided to cut the music on for light entertainment and I appreciated that because it was so quiet. He remained focus in his working and getting things done and prepared for the day. He was very quick and efficient with other customers. Subway dining at it’s best! Keep it up and Thank you!

They would not honor the “any sub” for $6.99. I ordered “the Beast” because it’s regularly $15 they canceled my order, twice, and said “the beast doesn’t qualify” I went to the subway on chagrin Blvd and they said “every” sub is included in the promotion. I will never go to that subway again!! They’re not allowed to pick and choose which subs they want to include. SUBWAYS WEBSITE LITERALLY SAYS “NO SUB IS OFF-LIMITS”

This location does not accept Subway coupons. When we were there, the lettuce was bad (pink color) so we didn’t add that. The cucumber in my sandwich was also bad (bitter taste) and I had to spit that out.

The bread is never fresh all the staff are disrespectful and refuse to fix your sandwich as you request. They tell you when you’ve had enough topping on your sandwich and refuse to add more even if you offer to pay extra. I’ve had multiple bad experiences at this location and will not ever return again.

Second time eating here. Pick up order via online with discount (any 2 footlong for $10, great deal!). No waiting, very very clean, and sandwiches were perfect. I had a fairly painful molar extraction a few days ago, and I’ve had very little appetite, until I ordered here. I’ve been back 2 days in a row (since a footlong for me is 2 meals) and I wish I could personally thank the person who was responsible for doing so outstanding at their job. Food service is often highly underrated, and this restaurant deserves a roll for service, presentation, and consideration (safe & clean). Thank you thank you thank you thank you!

Today at about 11:30 am I order a steak club on a tomato basil wrap. This employee told me he couldn’t because they don’t do that. So I asked if he would and charge me for a foot long. Still he said it wasn’t one of the wraps. So I walked out. I eat subway at least three times a week and every other subway does it with no hesitation. What happened to customer service? Why was it such a huge deal to take the same toppings that come on bread and roll it in a wrap? Aren’t you supposed to be able to get any sandwich as a wrap? Unbelievable!!

I visited this location fresh off work and everything was ok until it was time to check out.. On the menu my sandwich said that it costs $12.49 and the worker tried to charge me more and then when I told and showed her the price she still tried to make it seem like I was wrong and told me I didn’t know what I was talking about, and to make matters worst another worker started to accuse me of trying to cheat them which was far from what was going on. After a back and forth argument a third worker came from the back and charged me the price on the menu so I was able to leave.. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone until different employees are there!
