Old man with glasses who I talked to I’m guessing is the owner but he was rude. I picked up an online order and I came like 20 mins later than I put as the pick up time and he commented that I was a little late picking up my order And also I gave my name a couple of times and what I ordered but he kept saying that’s it wasn’t the right name, and just all these questions like he was kinda being racist towards me but I’m a paying customer. The conclusion was that the wrong ticket was attached to the order (illiterate much.) I would rather go further up mayfield for subway(I only went for a promo.)

Im a Tattoo Artist that work at Impact Ink right down Subway. I have never been racially profiled and yelled at by a employee because I’ve asked for no green peppers on my sandwich and just stared to catch an attitude with me and was talking in a different language and was mean mugging me at the same time. The people in line just looked at me and I just didn’t like how I was being treated over one change…. I dropped everything and left… I come here a lot on my lunch break but since this very moment that I just I will not EVER come back here ever again… I wouldn’t recommend coming here…

arrived at the store at 825pm and the doors were locked. Went to the front door and it was locked. The worker inside looked at us and turned the lights out. Closeure states 9pm so I was unsure why it was closed more than a half hour early. He didn’t even feel the need to address us. I feel that is unprofessional and times should be followed if that is what’s stated.

Very friendly staff. Clean place. Considerate of the customers by wearing masks. Very quick and efficient. I was in an out with 3 orders in about 10. I’d pick this location over waiting 20-30 minutes in a fast food drive thru any day!

This particular Subway does not except any subway promotional coupons, The owner is the main person mostly taking the orders and making the sandwiches & he is very frugal with the ingredients and if you don’t say anything he will grab the ingredients on top that are wilted and has pieces of the other vegetables in it. He’s even stingy with the napkins he gives you.

If you a germaphobe don’t come to this location walk thru the door the sandwich maker out in the lobby talking to customers, no masks, comes back behind the counter no hand washing picks up previous used gloves off the counter puts them on makes the sandwich, then walks to the back touching all kinda stuff with the gloves on smh, got the nerve to say u want toppings h@## naw I don’t. Next time I’ll stick to the severance location next time.

This man sucks at building sandwiches and taking orders. He asked me what kind of sandwich I wanted 3 times. And then had me tell hin what I wanted on it like 5 times. What kind of cheese I wanted like 4x. Like my guy. Don’t have me dish out what I want if you can’t keep up. Then he didn’t cut my sandwiches through or flatten it down. The place wasnt even busy. The dude just rushed through everything. And the sandwich was slop. I didn’t get a receipt nor was i offered one.

This place can use help & leadership with cleanliness! There is usually knats flying around/over the food counter which is a huge gross out! The employess don’t seem to care or do anything about it! I’ve never seen the manager to day anything about it either! This is why I don’t go & prefer the one on the corner of Mayfield Road & Brainard in Lyndhurst, Ohio.
