The owner is unbearable so much so that I decided to do an online order and pick up just to avoid talking to him well I came in a few minutes early and he was very rude and told me to just wait till it says ready on the app next time because I’m now rushing him and also the sandwich had to two inches of empty space on both ends¿ I will now be driving an extra 15 minutes out just to avoid him. Please treat your workers and customers better!

Good Subway location, but better care could be taken to ensure product is up to date in the beverage cooler. Took a sip of my milk that was two weeks expired!! Food is usually good, ordering online is typically best if you want to avoid the wait. Like most subway’s, ingredients are fresh and I cannot complain about the quality of the food. Staff are friendly.

I can look past the stains on the ceiling tiles, and the overall dated appearance. What I can’t understand is why your store is so dirty. Not a single clean table, and everything, the floor, tables, and chairs feel sticky. The food prep table was at best just passable. It’s sad because I really like subway and this store is conveniently located. Cleanliness is the single most important aspect of a restaurant. I can only imagine what the back of the store looks like.

Every single time I come into this Subway the owner/ manager of whoever the hell his title is, is screaming, yelling, rude, and disrespectful to customers and his workers. He’s the reason I stopped going to that specific subway sometime ago. I decided to eat at this location and what do you know, absolutely NOTHING has changed. I do not understand how this Subway is still in business with such awful customer service. I do not understand why nothing has been done about this for years. I stopped going there 5 years ago and this is still going on 5 years later. I’m disgusted.

Absolutely love this Subway! This and another subway are equal distances from my house but I always go to this one. The people who work here are amazing. They are very friendly and always seem to remember my order. Also, whoever makes the tuna at this place is awesome. It’s perfect every single time.

No soup available only when they feel like making it. Also why 75 cents extra for extra spinach. I didn’t want cheese or the other toppings just extra spinach and my other sandwich I didn’t want any toppings or cheese so why the added charge. Also the customer service wasn’t all that great. If only I can give it no stars I would. I will not be returning to this location. I will go 5 miles out of my way to get a better deal and better customer service.

This is my favorite subway. The gentleman who owns this location is so kind and cares about customer service. It’s rare to see people taking pride in their job and interactions, but it’s clear he does. Makes great suggestions for my sub and is always kind. Thank you!!! Subways are franchises, so while it is a large corporation they are still independently owned. Support your local business owners.

Awhile back I calmly told the owner I found bugs in my drink. Owner gaslit me and told me I didn’t. Didn’t ask for a refund or anything, just wanted to make him aware and was met with hostility. Avoid at all costs.

Worst subway. I cannot believe a place like this has survived in Rocky River. I went there three times in hopes that I just caught them on an off-day…Nope. The man (manager or owner maybe) EXTREMELY rude and inappropriate . Then, I went there today to get food for my long shift at work at 10am, which they are listed as open at 10am. Open sign was on, door was locked. I called to to make sure it wasn’t an accident, the girl answered told me “We are open, but we are backed up right now”. Like are you kidding me? Turn your open sign off then. Or maybe just close your business completely, thanks.

Every time I get a sandwich from there the manager/owner or whatever he is is disrespectful. He questions why I want my sandwich heated and not toasted and tells me I’m not going to confuse him???? And he is disrespectful to the workers….. lost my business for sure
