I was at work and did not pack a lunch so I looked for Subway just because I wanted to have some type of protein salad.
The place is easy to find and locate, there are parking space for few cars (free), the line is not long, the menu is clear, the employees were nice and respectful, he asked me few times if I found everything is ok, he was wearing a glove.
Fresh food ingredients, tasty, good portion, the place looked clean and well maintained (even though it looked old from outside).
I would go for another visit.

If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I came in today to order a steak n cheese sub. When the indian guy was making my sandwich, he kept running the oven for 5 seconds and then opening and closing the door. I thought that was odd but then i bit into the sandwich and the Sandwich was ice cold. The cheese wasn’t even melted. I took it back and they tried making it again. Same procedures. I asked him why he was opening and closing the oven. They told me the oven was not working properly. So why are you making sandwiches with a broken oven? Tjose ovens are designed to have pre set times for each sandwich. There is no reason you should ever have to open and close the door unless its done cooking. I know this! This is some cheap cost savings thing theyre pulling because they dont want to fix or get a new oven. I asked for a refund and they only gave me part of the money back, which I argued with them on, and the guy was extremely rude to me. I ultimately went down the street to the one on Brookpark Rd and they told me that most of their customers come from being dissatisfied with this store. This place is a dumpster fire, and pulling cheap tricks like using a broken oven because you don’t want to fix it, is cheating people! Also you should refund people the full amount for an inferior product! That’s a straight up scam! Not surprised though. Never coming back again and I will be reporting this store to their corporate office! Completely ridiculous!

Thankfully my meat was not old veggies are right on the line of needing too be replaced and it was 1030am that I went which means the veggies are yesterday’s which im ok with if stored correctly. I asked the lady for a chopped salad specifically chopped small for the person eating it has dental issues and is a older person so smaller bites are more appropriate that being said she cut the meats in 4ths never once attempted too actually cut the salad yes ik know I can do it at home I did but thats not the point I paid for it that way .ask for anything extra its and issue let alone the fact they rip you off she out about 4 onions a salad bowl lol 2 pickles and one tomato like come on lady thats not what’s on a 6inch like I paying for the shit .very rude I only went because I was out for a walk I live near by I will travel farther for a subway next time .

The dude that works here at night is awesome!! He knows how to make a sandwich ! And he’s super accommodating and friendly! Didn’t catch his name , but he has served us a few times , was here tonight (5-17-24) just before closing and he didn’t lock the doors on us 30 minutes early like the girls at the other Broadview/Brook Park subway did tonight! He took his time to make our food and do it right and with excellent customer service! Even tho he was about to miss his last bus for downtown ! I gave him a very decent tip since he is more than a very decent person !!! Thank you sir ! I highly recommend this location over all the others !

Waited in line for 15 minutes. When I got to the front to order my sandwich he instead waited on a lady in the back simply because she was loud. Decided to take my business elsewhere as the staff was clearly overwhelmed by the couple customers they had.

The gentleman who took my online order this evening was rude and can’t make a sub. I called in to tell him the multiple things wrong with my order. I was trying to be polite as possible but stern, I get mistakes happen. Instead of trying to resolve the issue he gets aggressive and defensive.
