I can not believe the level of incompetence from 1 restaurant. I ordered a sub on the infamous broken app and it said they made my sub i get there the owner very rude and unprofessional and shouldn’t be in customer service to begin with said its not in our computer. We’ll I have it right here on my phone idiot didn’t even offer me to remake my food his manager was aslo unprofessional and said id have to pay again to get my sub. I don’t understand there business practice but that’s wrong on so many levels I never heard of such a thing such a shame now im waiting on my email for my refund because they couldn’t refund $8 at there trash store an embarrassment and I won’t be coming back or using the app.

The young man w the long blonde hair was so polite and professional. He took my order promptly and made my sandwich look amazing so neat exactly how I’d make it myself. The reason for the 3 stars was how trashy it looked for the manager to sit outside the door on the ground and smoke a cigarette. Cigarette smoke that you have to walk through to get in/out the doors. I really want to come back and leave a 5 star review

Ordered two subs today and both were made incorrectly. Reached out to subway and was told over an hour later “just bring them back and we will replace them.” Literally waiting an hour for a response to be told that the solution was for us to come back in and give them the food back and they can make it again. OR the person making the subs could actually read the ticket which clearly showed the exact order that we requested. They swapped the bread and forget toppings. Mind you both had the exact toppings the came on the subs originally. It is just a lack of caring and a lack of accountability on subways behalf. Hell credit one sub or something. I am not saying that you need to refund the purchase, but make it right.

Every single worker here has a horrible attitude, unclean, and never have I once had my sandwhich cooked right. Today I went in and not only me but the lady in front of me walked out without her food. I asked the worker to wash the knife before he used it to press my sandwich down and he dipped it in water, pulled it out still with sauce i did not order on it, and put it on my bread.

The worst Subway! Upon picking up my online order, I had to correct the chips that were in our order, then discover that they have Vitamin water, just not in the flavor that they advertise on their web-site. When I asked the woman at the counter, she said she didn’t care. I wasn’t surprised by her behavior. She seem irritated having to work for a living. I must up interrupted her stock room nap, when I picked up my order. When I got back to my office, I found that the sandwich hard as a rock. Defiantly NOT fresh.

I would say this is likely the best Subway that I’ve gone to in recent years. I don’t go to Subway often but when I do I always choose this location because I know that my food will be fresh and will taste amazing! Their chocolate chip cookies are also very delicious and fresh. Whom ever is running this location I would like to say thank you as your location is certainly special in relation to the rest. 5 stars

Food wasn’t the issue. Food was good, but walking in and having the worker say “hello” is quite important to a lot of customers. Not being interrupted when I say “hello” with the worker cutting me off to say “bread?” And then as my sandwich was roasting she goes into the back room to talk to the other employee. It’s rude. I always tip at subways. I did not today.

We got two subs. My daughter’s sub had more cheese on the paper than on the sandwich and the employee transferred it to another paper, mangling the sandwich in the process. My sub had wilted, soggy spinach and hardly any avocado. The two employees that were working appeared to be either half asleep or stoned. Being a dab pen was sticking out of one of their pockets, I’m guessing the later. This was a decent place to eat, but has gone down hill.
