Was some of the worst sandwiches we ever got from Subway. Worker was lazy, made a meatball sandwich with old, bottom of the bin meat that tasted and looked burnt. Wasn’t even edible. See picture. Didn’t offer to warm more meatballs knowing more of us wanted them. 3 hrs left until close and should have a full stock of meats, etc. We would always go here but never again. I’ll find another Subway. This one was on Vine near downtown Willoughby. Sunday around 630pm.

I picked up a sub there tonight. The girl that was working there was rude. I had a chicken bacon ranch sub. she gave me uncooked bacon. I know the bacon is precooked but it wasn’t cooked long enough. I had toasted bread, it was soft almost soggy. She didn’t put any cheese on it that I asked for, no toppings I asked for. The sub itself was sloppy. Crazy to say the subway in Walmart is better than this one. I just couldn’t make that trip tonight. Pls do better.

Good sandwiches, just too much bread, and not enough meat. So we started getting the wraps instead of the bread. But since they took away the honey oat bread.. we just don’t eat there as much as we use to, maybe once every other month now. There are Sooo many other sub shops to choose from, that make a much more tasty sandwich,with better bread, meats, cheeses, and toppings. We used to eat there regularly, but now Subway is our last resort. Maybe you like Subway, maybe you don’t. You decide….

We have been here on several occasions. The service is great; very fast and friendly. The ingredients are consistently fresh. The food is the food. Exactly what you should expect from a Subway. I am a particularly fan of the Black Forest Ham Sandwich and the Oven Roasted Chicken Sandwichs.

Had a major issue with a manager when I called about our food being frozen. He was the worst human being ever swearing at me telling me it’s not his problem. I wrote to corporate and received a call from the owner who told me that guy was fired and he apologized profusely to me. He then went on to offer to remake my food and drop it off himself. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t make excuses for that man and handled it the way that was appropriate by letting him go and fixing my order. He definitely won my business by doing that.
