I came in today around noon. I ordered 2 subs and my greeting from Logan was AMAZING! His customer service skills are amazing and he seems to know what he is doing. The woman next to him. Her name was Amanda? Or Amy? Was not so nice. She did not smile and kept complaining about a fight she had with her husband. She was rude to the other staff members and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. This is how she is every time I’m in there. AND THEN I found out she was the new ASSISTANT MANAGER. As a former manager of 3 subway stores, she is absolutely not what a Subway should have as their face. She’s rude, unpersonable, lazy, and all around a dull addition to your subway family. My advice, fire her, and find someone else. Or better yet, take that young kid Logan and promote him, he was great!!

Ordered extra mayo and sauce and subs had absolutely nothing. Completely dry. Chicken was ice cold and flatbread untoasted. Not appetizing. Ordered pickup and food was ready on time.

Placed a mobile app and food was on time and made exactly how I wanted it. Sandwich artists were friendly too.

I accidentally ordered a second sub on the app somehow. I called them 3 times within 3 minutes of making the order, they didn’t pick up. I came there to tell them and they started with the wrong one. I explained the situation and they took my info saying a manager reach out. It’s been a week. No call or anything.
They took my money, no refund, poor amount of toppings.
Worst subway within an hour radius. I refuse to go to this one, Oberlin Walmart because it’s the same owners. Any other subway in the area makes better subs.

From the moment I walked in to the moment I paid and walked out the store manager Nichole did nothing but bash her crew for not prepping enough for the evening rush…. If my memory serves me right the morning crew is supposed to prep for evening crew and night crew preps for morning crew….. you can’t possibly keep a store manager that constantly talks about having a freak out moment… the customers do not care that you can’t handle your position stop trying to make yourself look good when it’s your responsibility to make sure you are prepped and I don’t k ow maybe smile and be polite to the customers trying to buy food overall this was a bad subway experience

They need to give these poor kids help in the evenings or quit taking online orders. Two adults abandoned them this evening with a line to the door and a huge amount of to go orders. The young girl was obviously new, and the boy was overwhelmed. I felt bad for them! They did great staying calm!
