If I could give it less stars I would. I walked in and someone was sitting on the counter behind the sub station should have been a first red flag. The girl didn’t know what roast beef was and the bread was so flat even the guy was looking for a okay one and still didn’t find one so flat bread I got. Every topping I asked for was portioned for a 2 year old I barely got anything. Unfortunately I paid while they were being toasted or I would have passed and walked out. They cut the subs in half and had to individually wrap 6inch subs cause they had no 12inch wraps. Okay but when they cut the subs in half the items in the sub fell out. I watched in horror while they didn’t throw it back on the sub and threw it away… Wow I literally had no toppings on one of my subs! No cookies either and now I see why when I drive past at night no one is ever there. STAY AWAY! I had to drive to the other subway in town and they fixed my subs the experience over there was so much better.

Appreantly this is the only subway where they’re not aloud to add extra stuff (veggies) on the menu sandwiches. Was told they can only put them in a container for me. The lady was very rude about the whole deal for no reason even though I watched her add stuff to the guys sandwich innfront of me ?

This place is always put of something or everything. I dont know who manages it but they need to learn how to order for their store and make all the preparations they need so when dinner comes, they arent out like always. Do better! Nice kids working there though. They are always very friendly

The staff is ok at times but the last few times I have went to this location the food has made me sick to my stomach. They toasted the bread and is usually to hard to eat the ends. The food from the one on rte 60 is usually of better quality as I believe the manager there actually cares about the product that is put out
