Lady that limps around does not wear a name tag, so not sure her name but working today December 11th 11:25 dark hair not the blonder lady. Is absolutely the rudest person I have ever met. She is always so mean to me when I am getting an extra pack of mayonnaise for my food that I order. She is not friendly and every time I come here she is ugly to me and treats me like scum. Really hope changes are made

Rude staff. The worst sandwich making I’ve ever seen. Worker was in a hurry (only customer) refused to wait for meat to come out of the oven. Put all the toppings and dressing on first, threw the meat on didn’t close sandwich then rolled it up. (Sandwich destroyed when unwrapped) Will never go here again.

The ladies here are so rude and nasty saw them come off break and start making sandwiches without washing their hands. Probably need to worry about eating less processed foods so they can lose some weight and maybe they won’t be as miserable

take time out of our day to explain to her multiple times what we need and she never seems to understand and then gets loud with you. like i said, it’s the same two ladies everytime and they’re rude everytime. it’s annoying. put words into your mouth constantly. i hate coming here & i try to convince others not too.

May want to train better on what the basic sandwiches consist of. Ordered a cold cut combo guy only put bologna on it then charged me for the salami I ask to put on it. Make it make sense.

Have tried ordering food from them on two occasions lately and even though they are supposed to be open they’re closed. I placed an order via the app today at 11:15am. It went through, but the gate was closed when I went to pick it up. A delivery guy had to get one of the two staff to get my order that was just sitting there on the pickup shelf bc they weren’t open (at 11:35am). Another guy came to place an order, but couldn’t do so. That was the case for me two weeks ago as well, even though it was hours before closing. The first time I was told they had to bake more bread…if that’s the case maybe they should inform customers with a sign or something so that people can wait a few minutes instead of losing out on money/customers or having to find somewhere else to go to grab a bite to eat during their lunch break. It’s an inconvenience and seems like poor business…
