An employee (who is overweight; sorry she got no name tag) was very unwelcoming. She makes you feel that as though you are bothering her by wanting to order something. Her face expressions make you as if you have to be quick and get out. I filed a complaint already. I encourage customers to not neglect such unprofessionals and rude individuals to survive at such nice franchise. On the other hand I thank the blond coworker there (no name tag either) for being helpful for the other piece of my order.

Need a negative reaction! Horrible customer service! Cocky manager! Four subs and one was somewhat right. Used door dash. How was I supposed to return their mistake? Only one star because I can’t go lower. They messed up our order completely, over charged us, we were at the drive through for a half hour. The people went trained and there was no manager. The store used to be good but has gone completely down hill and should be avoided at all costs.
