I like the fact that it’s on the east side of Lorain. Right on the way to or back from Rock On The River every Friday night and sometimes Saturday night. Right down the street from the pier and just on the other side of the Bascule Bridge and downtown Broadway. Great location and a wide variety of sub sandwiches and or you can build your own Submarine sandwiches with toppings of your choice.

We tried the online ordering feature on the website. We were given a time to pick up the order. When I arrived there was one person in line. Which turned into 5 people kind of quick. I waited an additional 15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. While at least 8 customers came in, placed their order, and left. While I know I’m not more important than the next person, I would’ve expected to be treated at least as fair as the walk in customers. The 3 sandwiches and cookies were good to be fair, but the online ordering is not a benefit at all to the customer. I’m assuming because they already have your money, you don’t have a choice than to wait. Inside it was clean, but outdated. I will not stop back.
