We tried the online ordering feature on the website. We were given a time to pick up the order. When I arrived there was one person in line. Which turned into 5 people kind of quick. I waited an additional 15 minutes past the time I was told it would be ready. While at least 8 customers came in, placed their order, and left. While I know I’m not more important than the next person, I would’ve expected to be treated at least as fair as the walk in customers. The 3 sandwiches and cookies were good to be fair, but the online ordering is not a benefit at all to the customer. I’m assuming because they already have your money, you don’t have a choice than to wait. Inside it was clean, but outdated. I will not stop back.

Everytime my wife and I stop in for a quick bite the staff always provides great service. Whether we get a sub, salad or a bowl its always made with care with a decent portion of toppings. Thank you Subway Staff!

My husband ordered a sub for pick up. He drove home and the bread was wrong. They put Italian herbs and cheese bread on it, which would have been fine if my husband wasn’t lactose intolerant. He called and they said a manager would call him back. They never did. So he called back and the manager said “they don’t do refunds, but they’d give him a free sandwich next time he came in.” Well first off it’s not free, he couldn’t eat his dinner because he can’t have dairy so he paid for a sandwich that he couldn’t eat and then he had to go out and get dinner because we thought he already had dinner. So that cost more money than to start with.
That’s ridiculous, there is no reason to not be able to refund an order that they messed up on. I get it mistakes happen, but making it right is a part of business. Not throwing his name on a piece of paper and telling him he can get a free sandwich next time he comes in.

Placed an easy order online and got charged over 8$ per sub! Asked for extra mayonnaise and toasted and couldn’t do neither and the sub was cold and dry with no mayonnaise at all! I don’t expect people to be perfect but when you charge me as much as Subway does I expect to get what I ask for. Terrible sandwiches and customer service took forever. Called for a refund and they said I would have to get back in my car and return the food lmfa what a joke!!!

We ordered 3 party trays for my mom’s 70th birthday party. Everything was made so fresh, packaged amazingly and all labeled. plus super tasty! Plus all the sides!!! Keep up the good work. You have a fantastic store!

Wow! I haven’t been wow’d by subway in quite a while. I still enjoy a healthy fast food lunch so I’ve continued to eat here. We typically go to vermilion location but went to this location and was absolutely amazed at the friendliness, quality and cleanliness of this place. Would give 100 stars if I could. Vermilion needs to get a grip.

Waited 30 mins over our pick up time for our food, get home and realize they forgot something, called the store no answer, call again a few minutes later same thing, wait a few more minutes they took their phone off the hook….. I do not recommend this location.

It’s tacky and a shame that one of the girls was complaining about sharing tips talking loud right in front of the customers .tips are not a givin be lucky people even giving them to you.complaining about it in front of customers makes you guys look bad.Very immature!! And saying that your not sharing them is even more tacky.why did you change the meatballs for the meatballs subs they taste like shit you ruined that sandwich substituting quality for cheap I won’t buy that again YUC!!!

Service was relatively quick, but when we got home my wife saw that the buns we got were the oppisite of the ones we ordered and she did not see any mayo as she had requested. Bad thing was that it was not the first time. We live on the other side of town and did not want to go back to address the issue. Usually happy with the service, but the need to pay a little closer attention.
