Honestly the employees are great. The owner sucks. Like how are you going to not accept subway coupons. Also you make the employees skimp so bad on the toppings its unreal. Get into a different business if you can’t handle that. You shouldn’t even be a franchise. I only go here as a last resort. I would much rather drive to avon which takes 15 to 20 more minutes because at least they give me what I pay for. The owner is terrible and shouldn’t be a franchise owner.

Usually I have a decent experience going to this location. I would get lunch here a few times a month. Today I had a very unfortunate experience. At first the worker was friendly and that’s always greatly appreciated but it quickly because apparent that the employee making my sandwich had no clue what he was doing. He made extremely subpar sandwiches. He burnt the cheese on my sandwich and barely put toppings other than a boatload of spinach. The worst part was that when I went to eat the other side of my sandwich, there was a long, straight hair in it. My hair is very curly so it isn’t mine. I have a major hair-in-food phobia and couldn’t stop gagging. Unfortunately because of that, I had to throw it away and didn’t even get my money’s worth. If the owners read this, please focus on training your workers properly before you let them make sandwiches on their own. I know there are staffing issues, but incompetence will chase away customers. I will need some time to recover from this before I can even think about enjoying any subway again

Would be nice if there was a sign posted on the door, before patrons order, that says “this franchise doesn’t accept subway (it’s franchisor’s) coupons.”
Either the franchise itself is worried about its EBIDTA and incapable of waiting for vendor reimbursement, or subways reimbursement to franchisors for promotions is flawed.

Today we were trying to go to Subway at 7:22pm we walked in and they saying they’re closed when their door says 9:30 and they’re online also says 9:30 they’re closed so you need to work on your stuff

Sign says open at 730, they refused to make my sandwich at 830 saying they don’t open until 9. Then told me I can use a coupon that was still valid. The last time I was walking up 20 minutes before they closed and the girl team to the door amd locked it and laughed at me. Worst subway I’ve ever been too, they skimp on toppings even more than the other subways do.

Horrible experience and poor customer service. Incompetent employees for a simple order. No mayo and no Italian dressing. How are you sandwich shop with no mayonnaise available??? You can go next door to Giant Eagle and buy some for the shop. What a joke of a store

Always something wrong with the order! Tonight they put the wrong sauce on my sub and it ruined it. Couldn’t even eat it. Forgot the mustard for the pretzel annd cookie wasn’t baked. It was all gross. Called the store and the attitude of the person who answered the phone was unbelievable. He even hung up on me. I will not be ordering from here again. I think some serious training is needed here. I will be going to the store to ask for a refund!

Totally went down hill had a bad experience there today the girl that waited on us sneezed on her had twice and did not chance her gloves or wash her hands and proceeded to make our food when she asked us what other sandwiches we wanted I proceeded to say I don’t want any sandwiches I watched you sneeze on your hands and not change your gloves she proceeded to say that I was crazy and weird so u told her that that was very unsanitary and she started laughing at me so I told her we are not taking the sandwiches and she proceeded to laugh at us . There needs to be done serious training done in this store . Needs better management. We will never eat there again and I would advise others not to as well .

First we hardly got any meat on our footlongs, mostly vegetables. When my husband called Subway the person he spoke to was VERY rude and said we were trying to get a free meal. I live in North Ridgeville but will go to another Subway in the future.
