Angelica is rude and unkind. Way too much dressing on one salad. No dressing on the other. Dry and old bread on the sandwich. I called to let them know as there is no way for me to get a replacement 20 minutes before closing and she was just so rude. Also I just realized there is bacon in the salad. I’ve been here about 50 times and never had a bad experience. Even when it’s busy lunch time in downtown Elyria, the staff is friendly and fast. Any time that I’ve used a coupon or promotion they’ve been well aware and never had any problems. The place has always been clean and they’ve never been out of anything. I will go out of my way to go to this location.
