Door was unusually locked even though the restaurant had opened, but an employee quickly let us in and I received my order as planned. The sub, however, was hardly more than a glob of an exorbitant amount of sauce, meatballs and soggy bread that had no chance of holding up given the sheer volume of sauce that was soaking into it. Had to be eaten more like a soup, could not hold like a sub. Very messy and unprofessional, not sure what’s going on with this location!

Don’t listen to any other review, this is the one that matters. Whoever the Indian young man was that made my spicy Italian deserves the fattest raise. I came in just a few moments ago on New Year’s Eve at 4:30pm and the way he was delicately placing each ingredient on my whole wheat toasted sub was pleasing to the eye. It’s safe to say this man is the god of subs. I just about ascended as the flavors filled mouth after one bite. This man put his whole entire soul into this sandwich and humanity will continue thanking him as long as he’s employed.

Ask for the “Brian”. Custom made from the staff. It was bad ass. I asked for a sandwich he would make for himself. Twas the Brian. Epic.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. Waited in line 15 minutes because only one guy working…no problem, I’m patient. Then I order my meatball sub and the guy insists he has to toast it. I say I don’t want it toasted and he says he has to. He refuses to sell it to me without being toasted. I told him I’ve been ordering meatball subs for 30 years and never had it toasted and don’t want to start today. He says I can take it or leave it but he won’t give it to me without toasting it. So I told him to keep it and went to Gionino’s. Their subs are better anyway!

One of our favorite Subway restaurants! Always clean. Very friendly and great staff. Produce and meats always fresh and the jalapenos…let me tell you about the jalapenos! They remind me of Carolina Reapers! Ample parking. Clean restrooms. Great prices. Speedy service!

You are entering a bazaar in Calcutta. I don’t speak Hindi and “VJ” neither speaks or understands English. Be prepared to spend 30 minutes trying to get your order right while enjoying the smell of sewer back-up, which certainly curbs the appetite. If you don’t also order a drink, chips and cookies, you won’t be afforded a bag for your sandwich. There is nothing in this store worth the aggravation and nauseating smell. Try Dave’s Cosmic Subs in downtown Chagrin Falls instead. If you insist on a horrible subway experience however, hurry, they won’t be in business much longer.

So, I’ve been going to the location for bout 1 year, twice a week. That’s 104 sandwiches. Foot long’s priced at $6.99 each time so you do the math.
February 12th I went in and was awarded a discount by an employee for a $5 sandwhich. I had the pleasure of meeting the “owner” (whatever you wanna call this guy ) as he came up to my table and sat down and demanded the $1.99 that was taken off. I declined and owner said he would push legal charges if I didn’t forfeit the remaining balance. He didn’t care about making a scene and yelling in front of other customers.
It’s easy to see why he was never there.
Long story short he legal terms were not filed
Hey boss man that’s 726.96 that you lost you goof ball. Apparently each customer doesn’t effect his business so, I’d avoid this location if you could.
