When you walk in, *full disclosure of the handwritten sign stating To Close Early today due to No staff*, and are greeted with a LOUD “Ugh, God!!” Eyeroll.
Are you kidding Me!!?? That’s how you greet customers?? Needless to say, that Manager/Employee was confronted. And of course, she denied it was towards my choice to patronize there. However, half the food was ‘out of stock’ she claimed, as she’s putting containers away. I obviously left, went down to the Bagley Rd. location and was immediately greeted warmly. As well as, reconfirmed the attitude, mistreatment and bad reputation of This particular location. Unfortunately, will never return for a repeat treatment.

The lady that was working this evening, 2/20 at 7pm was simply AMAZING. I wish I remembered her name. She was very very patient, made a perfect sandwich and was just all around amazing!! Thank you sooooo much!!

Super nice staff. The store is very clean. If you have to wait in line, it’s about 5 minutes.
All the veggies are very fresh and their pricing is great. Other Subway locations can be more expensive.
Great if you’re looking for healthier options. They have their nutritional info posted as you’re ordering your meal. You can also ask for your sauce in a to go container so you can add it later. Whether you’re health conscious or don’t want your sub to get soggy off you can’t eat it right away.
Plenty of parking.
Diana, the assistant manager, is a gem and keeps you coming back! Even if you’re not hungry just stop in and say hi. She’ll brighten your day right away!
New shirts/jerseys and they look great! They updated some of the decor and fresh new art on the walls. All pictures of vibrant colored veggies.

I didn’t find out that this location didn’t accept coupons until I got to the register. My food went for $6.99 to $12.99 without expecting it. There’s NOTHING in the store that states they don’t accept coupons. Not to mention, all the vegetables are halfway frozen. If I would have known I was going to spend so much on a sub than I would have gone to jersey mikes. The only thing that made it a little better was the nice girl behind the register. Maybe have her tell people as they come in that coupons aren’t accepted. Poor thing was there by herself and there was a line of people.

I highly enjoy Subway & visit them several times a week. I’ve visited this location 3 times all in the morning. I will not be going back to this location. Only 1 visit was a good experience. This visit I felt like an inconvenience to the lady behind the counter. I actually had her stop making my food & I asked for my money back because I was fed up with this type of service. The lady definitely did not handle my request in a professional, timely manner. Made me beg for a refund, which I was overcharged for, held up the gentleman in line behind me, & then refused to give me any information on who to contact. She was apologetic, but handled this situation unprofessionally.

I showed up here half hour before they were going to close and the woman was so nice and so kind to me. Didn’t rush me. Was very helpful with suggestions. And made great conversation. I felt as if I was talking to a friend. Definitely the best subway in the area!

Wow, what a nice and friendly shop. It was New Year’s Eve, so it was pretty dead. The lady behind the counter was so nice to us. Usually you expect people who have work around major holidays to be crabby, but not her. I would go back there if I wouldn’t live over 500 miles away.

This place is a hot mess. Service and quality of food has been on a solid decline over the last 18 months.
I was actually told by an employee that preference is given to Uber orders.
Doesn’t matter how far ahead you order they don’t start your order until you arrive.
Sandwiches are sloppy and may or may not be as you order them.
It’s worth it to me to drive further away if I really want subway.
And I do agree the employees really seem like they are annoyed that they are there to work.

Three years ago this Subway seemed to be excellent according to the reviews but now in 2022 it’s a mess!!! The male employee who seemed to be the only person there looked at hot mess meaning his clothes were dirty he didn’t have on anything Subway related also he moved at a snail’s pace he wasn’t paying attention to what I wanted on my sandwich because he was listening to something through his ear buds the prep station was messy the bread was old and hard ( once I started eating my sandwich I noticed that) I ordered a 6″ and it was more like a 4″, he wasn’t helpful at all he just stood there until I said ” are you ready to take my order” and he simply nodded “yeah” he was breathing hard and touching everything with the gloves he was making my sandwich with like the toaster oven and the handles… Needless to say that was my first and last time stopping there I would rate this Subway 0 stars
