It kills me to do this. Usually the service in this store is pretty good. Unfortunately, last night it wasn’t so good. I used the app like I always do, ordered two sandwiches, waited for the appropriate time to pick them up and brought them back home. Opened up the sandwiches and at first, I thought they mixed up the bread. No big deal, it’s happened before, they put my makings on my girlfriend‘s bread and her makings on my bread… No big deal. Last night, however, they totally mixed up the makings on both sandwiches… They put her olives on my sandwich my onions on her sandwich, her mayonnaise on my sandwich, my oil and vinegar on her sandwich. It was totally messed up.
Since we are only about a mile and a half away, I took the sandwiches and brought them back to the store told them what they did. They acted like they didn’t believe me and dissected the sandwiches explaining to me what they did and then I had to explain to them again what they did before they finally got it. All I wanted is the correct sandwich is made the way I wanted it.
So finally, they proceeded to remake the sandwiches. All is going well until I told the girl remaking my sandwich that there is supposed to be “more” oil and “more“ vinegar. She added a few drops and then I said more please and she did the same. Obviously she doesn’t get it. And then out of nowhere she grabs the mayo and I couldn’t get out fast enough to say “don’t”, but it was too late. While walking away, I said I’m sitting down please let me know when you get it right. A few minutes goes by, and they said my sandwiches are done. I said thank you and I also said that I hope that they are right this time. I took them home, and finally they were correct. Although I still didn’t have enough oil and vinegar on my sandwich so I added some from my house.
It appears that I’m not going to this store location for a while, and wait for a turnover in employees and will try again. If I can only offer a suggestion…… read the order thoroughly since it’s printed from the app. And also……… Don’t give attitude to customers who are trying to tell you that you made a mistake and not to go so fast when making the sandwiches.

Always liked Subway sandwiches especially the spicy Italian and most of all the tuna on 9 grain wheat bread . Most of the employees are usually very friendly. When there’s a way it’s usually very short.

Literally dropped my drink right outside their door today on total accident and they made me pay for another one and laughed as they said they felt “so bad”. I work in customer and that would’ve been me handing them another cup and definitely not charging them for it. Like what? I feel that’s basic customer service.

Honestly Sienna and Lane went above and beyond in making sure my orders were right. They are truly amazing. Also very friendly and customer oriented. We will be back for sure! Even though they were kinda busy they kept a smile and made sure everybody was satisfied. They deserve to be praised. Definitely some hard working young adults totally one of the best subways around!

I asked if they could chop up onions for me be cause i don’t have any top teeth I got a “Ya sure only because we are not busy but never again” was the answer i received so i said forget it i would hate for them to have to do extra work just to be accommodating to a customer then this picture is the final result of a sad sandwich i received with the attitude that came with it when they went to ring it up they where even confused on what my wife got and had we not corrected them we would have been over charged just to top it off im not coming back to this location ever i suggest everyone try other locations this one is heavily lacking in customer service
