Vicki was very rude, not listening to what we wanted on our sandwiches she put pepper on my daughters kids meal tuna sandwich instead of salt, she also said mayo and MsVicki did not listen she proceeded to wrap my daughters sandwich and hand it to the cashier. They did not allow my daughter to get her drink or her apple sauce with her kids meal. Very poor service. Manager was also very rude.
Assistant manager was very understanding with my service, she even gave me the corporate number to call.
And not one manager has bothered to reach back out to me.

There was three people working two of them was in the line the gentleman was very nice but young lady was horrible she was putting to much meat on my sandwich and and then when the sandwich was ready to put the vegetables and that on it she was just standing there taking not even paying attention

Clean, friendly staff and great fresh foods. I try to limit my breads, but love the Chopped Salads and vitamin infused tea. Even better now that you can order online and pickup with no waiting. I could eat the salads 7 days a week!

It’s a pretty standard Subway, besides being cleaner than most. Not very busy even at peak, and the food is the best you can get at any Subway. A few of the servers here has a sense of humor. They will stuff your sandwich pretty full if you’re into that.

Subway continues to outshine all other fast food restaurants in the valley. Hollywood plaza store is always clean and staff is very friendly. I have been going here since it opened and will continue to do so as long as it maintains its consistency.

Forgot to add my ranch on my wrap and maybe a little suggestion but not sure if you do it but maybe ask the customer if they would like their meat toasted a little like you do the subs, other than that the wrap is delicious!

The young lady makin our Subs was great , friendly And kind , But the Young lady At the register was Rude and Impolite slammin drawers ,mumblin under her breath , , We were Payin for our Subs And She Came over on her Phone , my mom , asked her ” Hun Can you please put your phone down were in a hurry ( We had a Horse Show , And a Cattle Auction to go to) ” and the Lady goes ” im trying to do your change ” voice drippin with attitude then she owed us 10.18 in change Gave us 18 Cents but not our Ten Dollars , my mom corrected her she slammed the drawer Open And gave us the correct amount . Honestly thats kinda Stupid shes Lucky We didn’t Call the 1800 number and complain on her

We went to this subway and they were out of everything. No Italian bread a lot of vegetables were missing. How do you expect to run a business without the things the public wants. Will not go back for sure. Not worth the gas.
