The guy making our 3 sandwiches was nice but took over 15 mins to even start our order bc he was too busy making togo orders for people that weren’t even here yet! He spent over another 15 mins to get our order prepared bc he only had one speed, apparently backwards ♀️ another guy was sweeping & mopping when we came in & never even helped the slow guy making our food. He was done sweeping & mopping before we even ordered bc it took SO LONG! This place goes downhill every time we visit..

I went to subway tonight after placing an online door dash order to pick up, the order wasn’t ready when I arrived but I was early so no worries. They had a huge rush prior to me coming in which pushed my order back some. I was there maybe 5 minutes while they finished preparing my order. They were very nice and pleasant. As a server previously and a hospital employee sometimes a little wait isn’t a bad thing because you never know what is going on that made you wait. Thank you to the two employees that worked tonight I hope your night goes smoothly.

First and Last time going to this one. Was walking through making my sandwich and look over at some slob customer eating over the register counter while the employee he referred to as Amanda just watched him contaminating the area and dropping some stray pieces of food from his mouth while he’s talking to her, wipes his mouth and sticks a finger in and then takes his dirty finger and scoops and smears the stray food off the counter and eats it. Then the girl making my sandwich had the audacity to try to slide my sandwich across when I told her to just hand it to me. Then doesn’t even address the problem and goes to making the next customers food. Some tardation is going on in this establishment judging off the other recent reviews as well.

Ordered a foot-long roast beef and xtra provolone There is literally one measly piece of roast beef on each side and no cheese. Not to mention probably had a gallon of mayonnaise. Absolute disaster.

The girl did nothing but complain about having to work, didn’t have anything prepped and moved slower than a sloth. Do not recommend using this location at all. This occurred 4 times on the same door dash shift.

Employees were friendly but were sitting outside smoking and only acknowledged why I was there once. This is the second time I have ordered from this location and both times a sandwich has been messed up a complete mess and to much sauce when order light sauce. Will NOT be going back again.

Being disabled and unable to drive, I have no choice but to order delivery from door dash or GrubHub which are the WORST delivery people you can ever imagine in this area.
I ordered a whole cold cut sub online and instead of waiting till the delivery driver was near, they immediately made the sub and it sat there till the delivery driver that was over an hour away from the restaurant got there!
Then it was another 20 minutes or more for t the driver to arrive!
So the sub that I paid TWICE the cost for at the store arrived soggy beyond edible so I had to throw it out!
And the lazy delivery driver didn’t knock or anything!
Just laid the sub on a deck chair and ran!
After that sub wasn’t picked up within a few minutes, the store SHOULD have thrown it out and made a fresh one!
And I didn’t pick the delivery service used.

So this was all on Subway!

I love it here!! only con.. online orders are Not read entirely. I put Monterey cheese but they will add mozzarella, Or vice versa . If I change it from Flatbreads they don’t read the n
instructions of it being on an Italian Sub instead. OTHER than online orders *sometimes* being messed up I still give this location Due to the Staff and the FOOD is made still yummy.. 8/10⭐️

My husband and I went there to get dinner ordered 2 footlong subs. My sub was fine..but my husband’s sub something was spoiled on it made him very sick..He could only take few bits got sick..I called store to let them know and Josh, was ignorant and rude.. We usually go there once a week but Thanks to Josh for being rude and ignorant we will be taking our business elsewhere..I didn’t even want to give them 1 star.
