Employees mad about having to do their job. Ask for a BLT how it comes and end up with a bacon and cheese sandwich. Honestly pretty ridiculous, if you dont want to make sandwiches for a living maybe consider a new job.

This makes a perfect example as to why everywhere is moving to AI, APP Ordering and soon robots. Hopefully they will make what you ask for.

Placed a door dash order of fully loaded nachos with avacado and a tuna sandwich with American cheese, lettuce tomato and mustard. I recieved nachos with chips, chicken, jalapeño, tomato’s and onion, it was so dry and unenjoyable, I tossed it. Moved on to my sandwich, because how can you seriously mess that up, the order is clearly printed on a recipt on black and white? But of course it’s missing cheese and mustard, at leat it was edible, compared to them nachos that were dry and left something to be desired…. do better

Was just there an was told They’d be with me in a minute. In the meantime 3 more customers came in and was told the same thing. It was more like 15 minutes! I ordered a #10 , a steak and cheese and a wrap. All footlongs. And 2 pretzels. Went to leave and a guy came out and told me I had his order. They gave me the wrong one! Got mine and came home. Opened my wrap and everything fell off because it was very sloppy at being wrapped. It was done more like a pumpkin roll instead of a wrap.They added way to much honey mustard and it was everywhere. I’m usually happy with the sandwiches I get there but this left me very unhappy!!!!

Went to subway today ordered 3 foot longs and 2 of their new dippers plus a foot long cookie and a large drink. Theirs a new lady named Nancy who was not very friendly at all didn’t smile and was very rude. There was also a younger guy there who was very friendly never had a problem with. The cookie wasn’t even cooked all the way, the subs had very little toppings on them. The subs were barely wrapped. The dippers had little toppings on them to. You mainly tasted the flatbread.

Food is great. Employees act like you are bothering them. Very bad people skills. I hate going to the one in Bridgeport. There are one or two employees that are nice but for the most part they have no personalities. But they do have great subs.

Subs and food are great, atmosphere is awesome! Only downfall is they soda machine and ice compartment needs to be cleaned more frequently, a few times I got a fountain drink there was black specs of mold on the ice.

Very clean and the worker behind the counter was excellent. Great customer service made my sandwiches down to the letter perfectly came in 15 to 20 minutes before closing and still gave five star service. If that guy is not a manager yet then his potential is being wasted
