Always get Subway Club sandwich. Usually they are delicious. Today however, I bought a footlong with lettuce, cucumbers and honey mustard……took it home…half for my husband and half for me….it was awful…like the meat was bad..and sub was leftover from a few days ago….it just didn’t taste good at all….neither one of us could eat it.

I do online orders and it’s like they never read the order and give you what you want. I’ve gotten my bread untoasted multiple times ..ask for a certain dressing on the side and they give you salad dressings instead of the dressing from the bar. Fat free Italian is not golden Italian. I also asked for extra dressing and did not get it nor the Parmesan cheese on my sandwich. It’s every single time my order is not what I want. It’s literally not that hard people…coming from a previous subway employee!!!

I go to this subway 2-3 times a week. Every time I go in everyone is extremely nice and friendly. I went in today and you had one girl working, Danielle was her name and she is the most unfriendliness person you’ll come across. She had no patience for anyone, slamming stuff down because I switch my sauces on her, told her Buffalo than switched to Southwest sauce and she just had a bad attitude about everything. I won’t be back.

Horrible service from a lady named Tammy.Me and a friend walked in to have a late lunch,there was 3 or 4 people ahead of us and 2 people behind us. With every customer she rolled her eyes when someone said what they wanted on their order and was just rude to everyone getting something to eat. One lady ahead of us asked for 2 dressing on the side to go, she rolled her eyes and made them, then she threw the containers to the cashier. Very rude and unprofessional. Customer before me ordered meatball subs, and she did not wash the knife, she “ cleaned “ it off with a napkin and proceeded to cut my flat bread sub with it… very unhappy

Unfortunate. An employee appeared to be very ill but had to come in anyway. And maybe it was just me but I had trouble checking prices on the menu, the ceiling is angled so you can’t see them at all until it’s your turn to order unless you’re 4 feet tall.

I eat at this particular subway located in the marathon in bellaire because it’s the only close location and quite frankly it’s terrible service when it comes to the attitude of the workers. I understand if you’re having a bad day or whtevr life throws at you isn’t always pleasant, but every time I’m there every worker seems to have a chip on their shoulder? Same with the gas station workers but thts another review….I literally get anxious while placing an order because of the negative feedback and body language. I will be contacting corporate.

Horrible. Place is filthy and the people who work there are extremely rude and impolite. The food is awful. Wouldn’t feed it to my dog. Wish the owner would come around and see what’s going on.
