The girl named “Ellie” had made my sandwich I brung my boyfriend in with me from the start she was more interested in looking and talking to him being (flirty) as I’m telling her our order very rude and obviously knew what she was doing so I put my face infront of my boyfriends then she proceeds to put so much ranch on our sandwich looks at me and says “is that good”with a smirk.

As is the case with most national brands, they are so brand constrained that there is little or no opportunity for the stop to become an experience, short of the franchise owner being personally involved… and we all know that’s NOT why somebody buys a Subway franchise.

Bad experience today. More than enough employees in store, but I ordered online pick up was at 12 and I had to wait till 12:15. I know sounds petty BUT I ordered online they told me pick up at noon and I get e0 minutes for lunch. Did not follow directions on sandwich prep, left stuff off of it AND ordered Meals 20oz upgraded to large and yet still paid for the drinks in the meal AND had to pay separately for larger sizes. Ordered 2 foot long subs both were ice cold after they were toasted. The bread was still soft and the fillings were disappointingly cold. It was as if they had been taken straight out of the refrigerator and placed into the sandwich. The cheese hadn’t even melted, and the meat was lacking any warmth. It was a major letdown, especially considering the anticipation of a hot and delicious sub. The only solution was to ask for a refund or a replacement, as there was no way to salvage the cold subs.

I ordered a platter for a quickly put together gathering. Staff went beyond with preparation of my tray. Everything was fresh, clean, and put together nicely and very organized. The tray was a big hit. Will definitely do business again here

Food was decent; Sunday night April 14th after baseball practice with our son to get a sub and service was so poor it’s disgusting; very rude, didn’t ask what kind of cheese, just slapped first thing they got too on it; very poor and disappointed in service. Girls should be fired!

They’ve changed some of their food and it tastes cheaper. The lettuce was very wilted and turning colors, but they just kept serving it.

Good subs however EXTREMELY rude service. No smile, treated us as if we were bad people to come in at 8 wanting a few subs after baseball practice.
