I am a regular at this Subway and was appalled by how Jenny was boasting about trying to get Rid of another employee, whom in my opinion is the hardest working, friendliest employee at this particular location and has always made sure to get my order correct! Honestly I’ve personally witnessed her working by herself during lunch with 5 customers in the lobby and 2 or 3 waiting outside for their orders and maintaining a steady work pase a being sure to get all the orders out in a timely manner on top of having to remain friendly and attentive to all her customers while another customer was screaming at her and had her call the manager on speakerphone to complain about her order being made incorrectly; when in fact per the manager was made correct. The customer threw money at her and she was just as respectful and friendly as if it never even happened. Jenny has snapped at my coworker and gotten my order wrong on several occasions, and is not very friendly, completely dismissive, and rude! I don’t think that it should be tolerated for other employees to cause other employees to loose there job! Especially when the other employee is the best employee at that location and ALWAYS makes my experience enjoyable!

The District manager Violet is RUDE and makes comments about her employees and doesn’t care if they have health issues. This woman should NEVER be a manager!! I hope someone takes her place soon, she’s not a nice person! Go to another Subway until they take care of this!

This is my favorite subway. The customer service is amazing. Shawn the store manager is always so pleasant and upbeat! the whole staff makes you feel welcomed and they are quick with service on my half hour lunch break, 5 stars indeed!!!!!

I ordered a 12″ meatball on wheat toasted sub. What I got was a 12″ cold meatball on white and not toasted. Totally disorganized. Not prepared and the 1 girl talked bad about the other… ill probably never come back. And it took 30min

This subway is horrible, it would have been shut down years ago if it wasn’t one of the only options in town. It’s a small little building with very rude employees, they constantly mess up online orders. This store is almost guaranteed to be out of the bread you wanted, and their toaster has been down 5x in the six months. Please do something about this egregious location subway

This is the tiniest subway you will ever find. They make the subs in the back because there is no room (so ordering is a bit hard because you can’t see the ingredients). It barely has room for 2 customers standing between the door and the counter. I’m not kidding. Only bottled drinks and no seating at all.

they are always out of something even the basics on a sandwich (meat,cheese,bread) worst tasting subway tuna sandwich and black forest ham sandwiches i have ever had. not fresh here. go to cambridge subway if you a better experience

I frequent this location but after the way I was spoke to, I will no longer be visiting this Subway. I asked about the card reader since it was down and they were not accepting gift cards several days ago, and was returned with a “smart” comment. Several employees also do not excel at portioning & wrapping their wraps.

Your typical subway only smaller and never has enough people working. The young lady that was working was very good at her job. Kept the pace up with 6 people waiting.
