Please reopen this subways they do great service and very clean and friendly I don’t know the reason why they closed up but when I get out of the doctors I want subways and now I can’t go. The convenience is perfect.

We ordered online here. We are at the hospital and was getting hungry. I haven’t been to this subway in many years. I always remember it being clean and great service. Not anymore. I will not go back. All the drinks was out of stock. I went in to get our food I noticed right away how dirty it was. The place where they make the food was absolutely filthy. My chicken looked disgusting and not cooked properly. Time of day was 7pm

This subway is always out of half of their things. They’ve never had pretzels ready, one of the employees told me they are frozen and the previous shift didn’t get them ready. I’ve asked for pretzels 4 different times and they’ve never had them.
Went today to get some subs. They were out of meatballs, they were “getting ready”. This is at 1:00 p.m.
They had no honey mustard. The employees didn’t know their own menu when I asked for one of the special wraps. The wrap I did get was so messy that it fell apart when I took a bite. Won’t be coming back to this subway.

I don’t know who the gentleman was who worked tonight, but I have never had such amazing customer service in any Subway ever. Literally the best customer service I’ve ever had in a Subway. I hope he gets a raise, promotion and whatever else he can. Also, sandwich was good.

Whoever the lady is working on the shift for noon today was absolutely absurd. There is every right to be anxious and overwhelmed but to just be absolutely rude and telling customers how anxious and overwhelmed she is. Has no understanding on how multitask. It’s not the customers fault. It’s poor management. Then she complained th whole time about the online orders, which can be stressful but again should not be complaining to where customers are walking out the door. She was rude to customers and was not helping making subs. I think she’s the team lead or something but absolutely just inappropriate and not professional.

I waited for an eternity to place my order and then waited again while the staff were talking to a customer that they knew. The man and woman that usually work during the day need to learn customer service.

This is for the Subway on Clark St in Cambridge. The boys that work the evening shift are friendly, polite and helpful. They also make the best salads of any of the four Subway’s we have in town. I wouldn’t recommend going during the day as the ladies are not very friendly and seem disinterested in waiting on you. But after 4 pm it’s great!!

Very cold in restaurant! Server with pink hair not tied back and flipping around over food! Not to mention the dirty box fan sitting on counter beside workers blowing dirt hanging on front of fan and blowing the servers pink hair all over her head and probably in the food!! Disgusting!!
