The girls were nice, the food was ok, the price was stupid high. Then came the tip options after an astounding high bill? I hit the 10% option,. Since the option probably wouldn’t be on there if the owner paid them decent wage. He wouldn’t want it on there .
For (2):12inch sandwiches, A bill of $27.00 is stupid high and I don’t think I will ever go back without a coupon . Thats seriously all we got; was two sandwiches and some napkins. And they weren’t extra meat or anything. No drinks , no chips ,no cookies.
My buddy sent me in with a $20 to buy two sandwiches and thank goodness I had my debit card with me. I really felt about half like I just got robbed . And I used to love subway in town so much! Maybe there’s some difference between the private owned and the Corporate owned. IDK what the issue is but they made 2 very unhappy people . And I can’t even put that on my Subway card anymore , . They want you to do everything on an app that Nobody wants to do anymore. My friends and I are getting tapped out on Apps. My phone has limited space and I have limited time to want to deal with it. I used to fill up Subway cards, and give them away. So I really bought more then. They really screwed themselves by getting rid of the cards. All my friends loved the cards too but I don’t know anybody who has the app.

Ordered 4 subs online for pickup about 7:30 p.m., paid extra for double meat on 2 of the subs but when I got them home, none of the subs had double meat. Very disappointed & won’t ever order from them again. Service was great & courtesy when I picked up the subs, but really upset I paid for double meat & received regular allotted amt of meat & when I tried calling to complain, nobody answered the phone.

The girl pretending To be manager on September 1, 2021 at lunchtime was extremely rude to us as customers and also to her coworker. She burnt my sandwich up in the toaster oven blamed it on the other girl. Then she wanted to put the burnt up meat on a new bun. I declined and ask her to remake the sandwich and she put it on a bun that was so hard I couldn’t even get my teeth in it. When I was consoling her coworker and telling her she didn’t do it the so-called manager yelled down what’s done is done let it go. Very bad customer service.
