This is my first time in Ohio, and after about an hour of searching for something to eat @4am, I finally found a place that was actually open — and I’m so glad it was this Subway.
First of all, being open 24 hours is a lifesaver. I walked in and was greeted right away. The woman making my sandwich was absolutely awesome — so welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. The gentleman working there was very nice as well.
As I was leaving, the cashier said, “Goodbye, sweetheart. Have a nice day.” That simple moment really meant a lot.
What an amazing atmosphere. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I wish more places had employees like this. Thank you for making my first food stop in Ohio such a positive experience!

I just visited (March 3, 3026 @ 9 pm) this location… and walked out for extremely bad service. The employee saw me but proceeded to take an order online. Then turned to me and said “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Put some gloves on….still didn’t ask what I’d like to order. Pulled out 3 sheets of paper indicating to me she was about to start making 3 orders she just received online I walked out…it was clearly going to be a lot longer than a minute. You’re inside a truckstop…I’m a trucker….not sure what the subway policy is for this type of situation… but I don’t have time to wait. Especially when I was there first.
Do better Subway.

Nice kids ,,im sure they try ….hard too…. but ive had 3 shitty subs in a row …… I mean , I dont know ,im asking ,,is it hard to huck up meatball sub ? Mine , had meatballs,,floating in a hot tub. Of Maranara or whatever er the huck … your better judgment didn’t tell u ..ITS NOT A

Food was excellent. Lady preparing the sandwiches was very friendly and pleasant. Spoke at length during the prep of the food and was delightful. The store is in a gas station, so the atmosphere isn’t great, but the food was fresh and good.

This SUBWAY sucks!!!! I ordered the breakfast egg sandwich add turkey, employee told me that I can’t add turkey to a sandwich that doesn’t come with turkey. But said she can make me the regular turkey sub add egg . So you can add egg to a sandwich that doesn’t come with egg but can’t add turkey to one that doesn’t comes with turkey. It’s the same sandwich, but you just wanted me to purchase the more expensive sandwich. Besides, I thought subway model was create your own sandwich.

The food was as good as always. My complaint is that the manager who is the blonde. She is rude and treats her employees inappropriately. She and the manager from pilot were on the phone, flirting with somebody on the tech department to fix the cash register as well as laughing at the gentleman that was making the sandwiches. Instead of trying to give him a little help they were just acting like teenagers. when I told the guy I was sorry that he didn’t have any help. He said it happens all the time and the manager glared at me.

Ordered through doordash, the bread was very stale, they sent the wrong drink and chips, the quality was just terrible. Worst subway I’ve ever had.

First off they don’t even know the prices of there own food , and then this poor girl being told she’s doing everything wrong and basically BEING yelled at. Oh it gets better we get to the end and I ask for a drink and then my boyfriend adding on chips but she didn’t hear so I said it and this lady said “oh my god “ and rolled her eyes . Worse subway I even been to, feel bad for the poor girl working there .

Entered at 5:30pm, all three employees were standing around talking. Walked to the order end of the counter. Stood there for what seemed like a full minute before the three employees, who were doing nothing, decided which one was going to help me. I had to repeat/was asked what I wanted 3x because she wasn’t listening. The girl making the food was more concerned with the employee conversation than quickly making my food. They were out of tomatoes, so apparently they don’t do proper food prep (also out at 5:30 around dinner time? Ok. More likely too lazy to get them). Continued personal discussion of some customer coming in looking for a different employee when she wasn’t working instead. Amazing service…….Now, granted this is a gas station subway, but I’ve been to others that have been up to par. Won’t be going back there even though it’s the closest to my house.
