On the entire bottom of the sub it was wet and soggy. I couldn’t even eat it. I ordered online for pickup. The workers were very polite. But to come home to eat and I cant. Very unpleasant. Safe to say I ate the vegetables off of the sub for dinner.

Food wasn’t that great and staff was rude because I made more than 1 order online. I can make as many orders as I want if it’s going to save me money, the app only wants to discount 1 sub per order so I made more orders. I don’t want to pay $12 for a sub that they but very little of everything I asked for on it.

Picked up a sub and a protein bowl inside Walmart. I did not eat there and wouldn’t want too. First of all, I just got done at self check out and the employee by the door was watching me like a hawk when I put my cart next to a table. I wasn’t greeted by staff. I just ordered my food and the entire time no one spoke toe while the door greeter kept stepping back to assess what I was doing. Upon leaving I tried to show him my receipts as he didn’t look and told me I could pass. Outside of the store were 2 sheriff officers hiding behind the wall waiting for someone to come out while one officer poking his head around the corner every few seconds. I got into my car and all I could think of was…Walmart is really effed up!

The subway on summit street is very dirty. Looks like black mold in cases. Glass is very dirty. The people are not friendly. They are rude as if its a pain to waite on you. Did not see them wash hands. Going from register to food. Nasty.
Needs to be cleaned. Vents have dirt hanging from them over food. Bins not filled if yoy order something and they don’t have in bins they tell you they are out…. Lazy rude people..

Always fresh ingredients, and the cookies are SO good!!! The cashiers could be a bit friendlier though, in MY opinion. I was a cashier for years, and that was a very important part of our training. I’m a people person anyways, so it came natural…. These days, cashiers don’t even smile anymore, let alone say “hello” or “thank you, have a great day” etc. Another thing that bothers me is the way they give change, and THIS is everywhere, They Do not count your change back. They hand it to you in a wad and YOU have to count it out. I ask you PLEASE keep these things in mind when training these cashiers.
Let SUBWAY be the first in bringing back “old fashioned” common courtesy!!! Hopefully the rest would follow suit. Subway is always fresh, delicious, and the best value out there.

I had a horrible experience with ordering online. They didn’t properly cancel my online order (that was within their hours according to the app and google) – they closed an hour early on Sunday, and since I had it delivered they kept sending drivers to a closed restaurant. I still haven’t gotten that order refunded. I went back later because it actually sounded good, but it was disgusting. I do not reccomend the sweet onion chicken. It tasted like grape jelly and caramelized onions over chicken. I had to throw it away.
Do not reccomend. You will get a better sub from Marcos down the road – – – and their specialty is pizza.
