I recently had an unpleasant experience with my order. Upon receiving my sub, I discovered that it was missing several key ingredients, including black olives, banana peppers, and cheese.
When I contacted the store to address the issue, the employee who answered the phone initially insisted that the sub had been made correctly. Despite my objections and offer to provide photographic evidence, she continued to maintain that the order had been fulfilled.

I was just there today an ordered a footlong sub an asked for extra Onions on my sub an only got a finger pinch of onion which was like 2 or 3 little onions. If this is extra for you, I’d hate to see how someone ask for double meat and only get one slice.! Stop being stingy with the topping if we pay extra for it.!

TERRIBLE workers today. 1:00 on 9/11/22. Two young guys – 1 making sandwiches and 1 running cash register. Had to repeat SEVERAL times what I wanted on my sub. Had to get it toasted twice and still cold when I got it mainly because he left it laying open. When asked to please close it, he angrily slammed it shut and played it on the BARE counter. So much for caring about germs in the prep area!! Then we get to the register to pay. The bill – $19.05. I give the guy at the register $20.05 and he had no idea why I gave him a 20 and 5 cents. After the change from the 20 spits out of the register, he looks at me and asks why I gave him the 5 cents. This guy should NOT be running the register. And instead of eating cookies in the prep area when the dining room emptied out, he should be wiping the mostly dirty tables. At least he was respectful tho. The guy making the sandwiches was not. They both need more training. Felt sorry for the girl working with these guys. At least she seemed to care about the customer. Would NOT recommend this subway. Will NOT be back!!!!

They can’t read a pick up receipt.. I ordered a salad and instead I get a no bread bowl. Instead of shredded cheese like I put I get pepper jack. I also ordered a cinnamon churro we didn’t get that either they thought a extra cookie would make it all better I’m very disappointed

Placed an on line order at 2:55 on 1/15/23. App said it would be ready at 3:15, walked into subway at 3:14. Told employee we had an on line order, was told by employee that they had not started our order. I watched as they made 2 of our subs 1 toasted the other cold they were placed in a bag then employees waited on customers that entered store. 30 minutes after we entered the store they finished our other 3 subs. Was told sorry by employee, first sub that was placed in bag was not longer warm. I asked for it to be re made which employee did.
System is screwed up that an on-line order was all done at the same time. 2 employees working and I overheard one was in training. Horrible waste of time, what’s the point of having on-line ordering? When you have to wait 30 minutes after arriving at the store. Also one sub had cucumbers on it and it was ordered without cucumbers. Very disappointed.

It’s been nearly 20 years since the drive thru intercom has worked well and nobody ever knows which speaker they’re talking to. The adjacent cold storage condenser pump drowns out both parties when it runs.
Food is fine, service is ok, atmosphere could use maintenance.

I ordered 2 ft long subs. Both steak and cheese. Different toppings. They managed to mess up the toppings and put sauce on my sub that I can’t eat. Sent a message to store after I drove back up to get it fixed and haven’t heard anything from manager. The kid working laughed and said yeah I did that. No apology.

I ordered door dash and my order was completely wrong. Mayo on a sub when I ordered honey mustard, pickles on an Italian BMT!? Cucumbers on both subs when I specifically took them off when ordering, and I also was given two drinks, chips and cookies, when I didn’t order any of that. It was just a bizarre interpretation of my order. I normally wouldn’t complain, but this isn’t the first time this has happened with our specific subway.

Probably the worst subway location around. Staff is terrible at making subs. They act like they give you the meat out of their own refrigerator. Never been skimped out on a steak sub before in my life. Not to mention they don’t open till 9 any day of the week. What about the early birds who want a healthy breakfast on the go?
