Two of my coworkers and I ordered Subway for lunch. Two of us ordered via mobile app and the other via desktop browser website. The mobile app orders were ready when promised, but the order placed via website was not. The store employees were very helpful, one named Tiffany even called a manager to see if the order was held up in the system. My coworker was charged for her order and the website showed the order as picked up, but according to the store employees as well as the management the order was never received at the store. Big thanks to the staff, you ladies were so helpful and polite.

This subway is CLEAN and they keep their glass that is over the food down until someone comes in to order, meats and cheeses as well as the vegetables aren’t cross referenced (if you know what I mean other dressings spilled all into other sections), and the bread is delicious!

I made an online order, 2 sandwiches, a few days ago. They werent toasted, cheese was wrong, toppings were wrong.. on both. I call to let them know but they want me to bring them back but i cant im on lunch break and no time to go back for their mistake.
So im hungry and eat the one and save the other for dinner where i can take it home and fix it. I was told i could get my sandwich replaced for free, even though they messed up both of them. Today i go in for my free sub replacement. I tell them who i am, they pull the receipt and tell me i only get one replaced because i ate them.. i dont know about you guys but growing up we didnt get to turn down food just because it wasnt special to our wants. So yes i ate the food i paid for.. any ways they tell me i only get one and proceed to make the exact sandwich from before with out a word about what i might want..
Fun story.. again they “toasted” in but the cheese didnt melt, the bread is still soft, zero toasted affect, toppings are missing and all in all, the sandwich servers had an awful attitude with me as if its my fault they got the first order wrong.
Needless to say, but will still be said, they need a lot more training there. Maybe new employees even.
Still mad im shorted a sandwich and my replacement is still wrong. Shame on you ppl for giving me bad attitude for your mistakes. I didnt want the wrong food the first time or this time but i got it anyways.
If you dont like your job. Quit.

Been back 3 times since, each time i asked for toasted i got mildly warm. Explained i wanted the bread browned and crispy. They said they couldnt do that. I go back today, now the toaster is down, supposedly, and they claim they cant toast the bread.. so i ask, how did you get your bread today?.. they say they made it in house.. so i asked, with an oven?.. they say yes.. so i asked, so why cant you toast the bread?… they say, the oven only cooks the bread, it cant toast it… sigh.. is this how lazy the worlds come to?..

Still cant seem to get a toasted sandwich here. Today i asked if they toasted or warmed my sandwich. They said it was toasted yet i my bread is soft and cheese isnt melted.. i asked if they put a slice of white bread in a toaster and it popped back out still white and soft if theyd call that toast.. they said no.. so they clearly know what toasted is but just seem to refuse to do it claiming the over just has a button to push… well folks if you know the button youre currently pushing to “toast” a sandwich isnt working… have you considered a different button???…this is not rocket science here…
Update 10-30-2025. Its been 5-6 months since i came back to this place after so many bad encounters. Apparently they havent been able to figure out how to toast food yet. I just got stale rubbery bread that wasnt even toasted. Its cold. I wanted a hot sandwich. Only reason i went. Got a cold one instead. Shame shame shame on you for wasting my time and money again!

Walked in to get a sub and two employees looked and one said gonna be a while. Not I’ll be right with you. Then continue to fill online orders. When a new Mobil order came up the second person came out and started this. I get mobile apps are there but then close down ability to order in person. When I left I just turned and they said have a great day not sorry we were backed up. Very strange service. Usually good service here but no acknowledgement. Bad vibe for a restaurant.

My daughter and I ordered subs on line last night for dinner. They were ready when she picked them up.
They were the worst subs We had ever had. Hardly any meat on them and way too much vegetables. Also mine was swimming in mayo and there were so many onions on it I had to take over 1/2 of them off. Will never go back to Dussel again

Love this specific location!!!! They ALWAYS perfect my order! The 2 young ladies who are generally working when I order ACTUALLY read the notes on my online order and follow them! Even my husband raves about this location and these 2 wonderful ladies, and he NEVER compliments ANYONE!!!
