Ordered $30 worth of food tried to pay with a 50 got told they don’t accept any bills over 20s so I had to walk down the road to have another business break my 50 then walk back to my cold food. The regional manager was there and was very rudeabout not accepting the money and if you try to call the number on the wall, there’s no person to talk to there to try to get it remedied the subways more expensive than the other ones. I recommend going to a different one. Stay clear of this one.

I absolutely love going to a place that remembers me. That and the food is always above expectations! Updating my review for the first time ever to just say thank you so much for constantly being amazing. This is now my favorite subway I’ve ever been to. Updating for a 2nd time to say thank you to the staff for always making things right due to the app doesn’t allow me to add turkey and they always add it for me instead.

The worker was about to wrap my sandwich without attempting to close it. I mentioned it to her and she said well there is a lot of toppings in it. I’ve never had any problems anyplace else. My sandwich was a dripping mess.

Brittany (may not exactly be her name, but close. You’ll know her when you hear the condescending attitude) is on a roll! She has gotten our order wrong every single time! No matter how many times you tell her the bread, cheese, toasted/not toasted, she will do as she pleases! The guys working with her I’m assuming are fairly new, they were kind, listened carefully, and did very well!

We used to have positive experiences with this location but lately it’s been going down hill. Such as employees stop making your sandwich to help a customer who interrupts and was not in line because they want extra condiments and then the employee hands the condiment packets and silverware with their gloves on and TOUCHES the customers hands and then going back to making your sandwich with the same gloves or cutting tuna sandwiches and not cleansing the knife before cutting a veggie! Or how about they go to the register with gloves on and then go back on the line without changing gloves!
Lately the cookies are COMPLETELY raw in the middle!
I would avoid this location until they get food safety down.

I ordered a catering order and things were made incorrectly. i ordered a veggie tray but was billed for 5 veggie subs which i received. when i called the store to inform them of the incorrect items they apologized for the miscommunication. i then asked for a refunded of the incorrect items and they told me they could not give me a refund for their mistake and that i could contact corporate.

I come here quite often and haven’t really had good experiences. Today Chad changed that. He was very personable, funny and sweet. Definitely made my day. (I’m the girl with Shaggy for a child, so he knows it was me who left this.) He was truly wonderful. It’s the little conversations sometimes and he nailed it.
