Went In yesterday to order my kids some subs after shopping and this girl named kass from what her tag says was very unprofessional and rude! I asked this young lady if she can put the cheese on top of the meat so it melts because having it under the meat doesn’t melt and the girl FLIPS out talking how it’s against regulations and that she can’t make it the way the customer wants. So I tell her never mind I will go somewhere else that will do it. Then I walk away and this girl kept making rude remarks abought me while I was walking away and I turn around and ask what she said and she then she flips out again and says I’m banned and I’m no longer welcome all because I told her I do not want to order ? And I walked away again and then she starts back up again wanting to cause unnecessary drama! which btw subway by collage was able to be professional and mentioned someone else said the same thing abought this girl. I have never been so embarrassed/ weirded out at same time.

Employee lunch today and I wanted to order my staff each a 6inch which was 10-15 subs and she refused to service me and said she could not make them for me because it was “too much” that I needed to order a platter, we did not want to order a platter with small pieces everyone wanted a 6inch mind you the other lady was trying to accommodate for us but the blonde hair lady kept refusing. She kept talking and complaining the entire time till we said we would go elsewhere. TERRIBLE customer service she could of at least made what she could but instead she made nothing. We went to the other subway by the college and they happily made 15 subs for us with no complaints and apologized for the other subways terrible customer service.

Went to order the 599 subs two different paying customers and you’re allowed to have two sandwiches a piece and they would not let let me get the sandwiches I wanted because there was someone else with me that was buying their own food separately they were gonna get the same subs but on a different order and they refused to do that very poor service Telling me that I couldn’t order separate orders that makes no sense there or two different people Just because I wrote with somebody to the store, doesn’t mean that I live in the same household

I decided to walk into Walmarts Subway location because Chipotle locations seem to be on a nationwide decline. The location next to Speedway had terrible reviews, and a few of the Speedway crew members suggested NOT to go to Chipotle.
Anyways, I start to order my food at Subway (yes the girls did wear gloves but I can’t recall seeing hands being washed) and while selected items to put in the sandwich I encounter an issue I have never experienced.
When I order a sandwich to eat on the road and not eat right away, I always have team members put the sauces and oils on the meat before adding anything else. That way, the bread doesn’t get soggy as fast while I’m driving.
So I asked the young girl to put the oil and vinegar in the meat, and while SHE IS PUTTING IT ON THE BREAD… she says that they are NOT supposed to put it on the meat
What The Hell Is That About?
It’s MY SANDWICH that I’m paying to have made MY WAY.
So, I’m watching her soak my bread as she argues the point. I was ready to tell her to enjoy the sandwich she just made because now I don’t want it. However, I decided to just go with her program. I realized she was following someone else’s directions and didn’t have the strength, courage, or wherewithal to comprehend that my sandwich should be put the way it was requested. It would be different if she was making a sandwich and the client DIDN’T SPECIFY where they wanted the oil and vinegar to go.
It became clear that the problem was actually with the management and THEN the young lady.
This is where we are in society.
Zero accountability, lack of common sense, logic, and critical thinking. The moral argument is a dead horse, so we will leave that one out.
If I were a jerk, I would handle this matter in a different way that would be memorable for anyone within 20 feet. That’s not me, though, and I relented and took my sandwich. The Google review page is my anger outlet.

The Subway inside of Walmart takes coupons ✔️ When you ask for extra topping they give you extra ✔️ My sandwich was perfect, I told her she needs to go to McDonald’s because she knows how to do a sandwich just the way I like it

The young lady behind the counter made my salad absolutely perfect. She gave me exactly the amount of veggies I wanted. I didn’t have ask for anything and she cut my veggies. She was very friendly and I was in and out in no time.
