Here at 3:15 pm on Saturday 3/7/26. Somebody needs to teach the staff some basic health lessons. A young gentleman employee has a dog not only in the restaurant, but behind the counter. He also made my order without washing his hands after he had been touching the dog. Should honestly report to the health department.

Me and my fiancée came here Friday around 9:15 pm. There were two younger girls working up front and a man in the back. The food was pretty good, but we now avoid that subway because the service. The taller girl with blondish hair would stop completely while making the subs and start a conversation with her coworker who she also mentioned many times is her best friend. The girls mom is the manager and schedules her daughter with her best friend and the random guy In the back is her boyfriend. The guy from the back came up front and somewhere along the way a conversation about being a vampire got brought up, I thought it was odd but let it go u til the girl looked at me and said “im surprised your boyfriend lets you bite your lip” I was extremely confused as to what she meant or where the comment came from and just responded with “he just lets me live haha”. Overall it took over 30 minutes for us to get 2 subs because these girls would talk about random stuff and get absolutely nothing done while they were talking.

2nd attempt at subway in the same day because the first one messed up my food. Went thru the drive thru, and this store gave me a completely different sub than the one I asked for. I told them I didn’t need my receipt, that was a mistake. Apparently I need to check my sub like I gotta check fast food orders.

when we first walked in we thought something was burning but it’s smelled like straight BO and the closer we got to the counter the worse the smell was. somebody needs to teach them about personal hygiene because this was bad bad. personal hygiene should me the number one most taught in the food industry.

When I ordered, I requested lots of lettuce and spinach on my 6 inch sub. I got a 4 inch sub with 4 spinach leaves and a sprinkle of lettuce. I did take pictures. Very small amount of food. The problem was that I ordered the sub to go and didnt see them make it. When I was able to eat the sub, I was too far from the restaurant to return.

I asked for my chicken sub to be toasted longer than normal and it still came to me cold ,got a kids meal and my daughter’s apple juice was expired and had mold forming on the lid.

Once the only subway that was decent in town. Ordered 3 very simple subs with one being, and I stated very clearly, no mayo or sauces of any kind. When I got home, 20 min away I discovered that 2 of the subs were wrong with the one that was clearly ordered with no mayo actually was smotherd in mayo. Called the restaurant and was told that I could bring the sub back and they would remake it. I have a problem with the fact that I have the additional time and expense involved in their error with no offer for compensation. Restaurant was not busy either, clearly no one cared. Maybe spent less time on trying to get tips and more time on your quality. Won’t be back!

Both the lettuce and tomato on my sandwich were NOT GOOD. Both were bitter and both had a strange chemical-type taste to them, like maybe something they get sprayed with to preserve them.
