Watered down!!! Wilted lettuce, bacon not done nor cut up . The cheese was at the bottom of the bowl not cut up.. The worst I’ve ever had !

Every time I’ve tried this location they’re always out of meatballs. The only sub I get is the meatball sub. Leaving this review after the 5th attempt. If you don’t carry meatballs just take them off the menu

I haven’t been to a Subway in many years, but there aren’t many other options in this area while passing through. So we had to stop fo food. It was a little busy with a family in front of me. The young girl behind the counter. Handled to rush with poise! She was very calming, kewl, & collected. I really didn’t know the menu well, so she took the time to explain the differences. The app wasn’t working at all as usual! But she was able to easily figure it out and work through the problem without any help or support! Then she put together, the best subway sandwiches I ever had! I gave her the freedom to make it how she would, and was honestly really good! So now we go to Subway much more often while traveling.

I wish I got this girls name, cuz she made all the difference in the world. She has a perfect demeanor for working customer service. Subway really needs to make sure they don’t loose her, cuz is really a difference maker. She keeps the customers coming back. We were passing through from out of state, on May 3rd, 2024 at about 8pm. There were two working at that time, one in the back, while this girl processed the sandwiches and quickly/easily handled the flood of customers!

I usually don’t do the Titan Turkey, but it came out awesome with the mustard, Mayo, and Garlic Aoili! So now we will add that one to the rotation as Subways best Sub! Perfect amount of dressing. Why is this girl not managing her own location yet?!?

Honestly I always avoided this subway for the longest time because I always got horrible service and bread would be hard. But I finally decided to try it again and the service was beyond my expectations. The young boy and girl working were very nice and friendly. We were greeted and thanked. The wraps we got were very good. Now that there are better employees we will return again

This Subway either needs to be better staffed or the existing staff needs to be better trained. Went in for dinner the night of the Genoa homecoming (6/1) and there was a line out the door and only two kids working behind the counter. This would be fine if those two workers were able to keep up, but they weren’t. Service was EXTREMELY slow, so much so that customers in line behind us were leaving due to not wanting to wait any longer. This store is actively losing business because of how slowly the customers are served. It seems like anytime my family and I come to this Subway one or both of those same workers are there and it always takes forever to get our food. If these two really can’t work any faster then additional help needs to be hired in to pick up the slack. Also, anytime we’ve gotten a wrap here it’s pretty much just rolled into a ball, wrapped with paper and taped shut. As such, the wraps completely fall apart once opened. Seems to me that retraining is needed.

Ordered online about an hour ago, we ordered two different subs. One was a pizza sub we ordered ranch but there is no ranch and just baja chipotle sauce on it along with green peppers that we did not order. The bread is soggy and gross. will not be coming back.

I understand that these employees are mostly high schoolers, but they have no respect. It seemed like they were just being payed to hang out and goof off. One sat on the floor while the others were making the sandwiches. They were giving each other the middle finger telling us that we didn’t see anything. Also, they had barely any ingredients prepared for the sandwiches so we were very limited to our options. Not a good experience.

This is the worst subway i have ever been to. Thankfully we only came here while out of town and it’s not are go to subway because I love subway. I also have some knowledge of how subs and wraps are made since I used to work at subway. I did an online order and got home to find my wrap made wrong so I returned to have it made correctly and the service while in the store was horrible I had to tell them the right way to make my wrap the kid wasn’t even going to heat up my meat which it’s supposed to be! Then the roll job on the wrap was so bad I had to re wrap it when I got home. They even took back the wrongly made sub and didn’t apologize or offer anything for the inconvenience. Then we got home again to find that our ham sub with xtra mayo actually had no mayo! I called again to complain and they didn’t even offer to remake it and it was missing the banana peppers which my receipt shows exactly how I ordered it. The food bar was disgusting and looked like it hadnt been cleaned off in a while probably because the employees were to busy talking. And the employee who re made my wrap had to go wash off a scoop and then dried the scoop off in front if me using his dirty apron! I will never use this subway again!

Stopped in quick just now for a sub and had the best customer service! The young gentleman who greeted me soon as I walked in, then preceded to go out of his way to make sure I was a happy customer.
He deserves the recognition! You can’t count on receiving that type of treatment these days.
