We were at this location today, when the heat index was over 100 degrees. The poor girl working was the ONLY one working, without air conditioning in the restaurant! My husband questioned the safety of the food because the restaurant was so hot! The store really should not have been open today with the extreme heat and the air conditioning not working. It was so humid in there, the bathroom floor was soaked (slippery) and there was black mold in the toilet, gross!! If we would have gone to the bathroom before eating, we would not have stayed. I know it wasn’t the fault of the employee working today and our sandwiches were fine, but this speaks volumes about the owner…putting profits above the safety and cleanliness of their staff and restaurant. It makes you wonder why there was only one person working at noon, prime lunch time…

The store is easily accessible from the street and metered parking is available behind the store. There is a rear door but it may be difficult to use for people with a chair or cane. The store was clean enough, but the tables and floor could use some attention. The service was friendly and the meal was prepared satisfactorily. June 2021 Update: Some tables are blocked for social distancing but there is plenty of space. Order-ahead pick up is available.

Great customer service. We were having a guest lecturer on campus and ordered Subway catering. They were on time, the order was freshly made, complete and exactly as ordered plus they gave us complimentary cookies! The deliver person went so far as to leave her cell number just in case we needed something else. It’s nice not having to worry about the food or delivery especially when during an event there are so many other details to pay attention to. Thank you.

Need better scheduling and not have new employees together that get overwhelmed and then catch attitude when getting corrected, dont know that flatbread/wrap ALWAYS get toasted and then complaining the entire time on how someone walked out and left them and if this person texted back instead of just getting what’s in front of them done too young/inexperienced to be “running it” on their own shouldn’t have taken 45m for 5 subs

I grabbed a sub for my grandma and sister yesterday. I was instantly greeted as I walked in. I wish I knew the name of the girl who made my sub but I don’t because I didn’t get a receipt. (Not because I wasn’t offered but because I said I didn’t want one) She was the best Subway worker I have ever had. I know it sounds silly but she was saying that the tomatoes they had gotten in were to big for the bread, so she cut them in half to make them fit better! (who ever actually cares enough to do that? I know I appreciated it, I thought that was awesome) She was just a nice person and she was great at what she does.

Nothing really exciting or different from any other Subway I’ve been to before. I think most of the workers are BGSU students. Our sandwich artist was kind, but not necessarily out of his way, friendly.
