Order was wrong, went in to get it corrected. Manager told me I was wrong, after watching her yell at customers in line front of me. I asked for the manager, she said she was the manager, I asked her boss and was told her boss is the owners daughter. So she can do whatever she wants. Told me to leave before she called the police

The fixins look as if they were old the lettuce was brown the tomatoes with mushy and old looking.
I just hope that the meat was fresh. I was afraid to get too many fixings as they looked and appeared to be old and needed to be thrown out.

Service was slow. Bread is decent but the sand which prep area was basically empty. Skimpy with the teriyaki sauce. Workers seemed burned out and not happy. Got a meal and all the chips on the stand were smashed. The soda fountain was out of everything except for dr.pepper. When I got to my car the Dr Pepper was all syrup. Gross.

Ordered a spinach wrap and was then told that they were out of their vegetable wraps, understandable. Was then told I could substitute it for a regular white wrap, after substituting and then heating up my meat and cheese. I was then told all of their white wraps are frozen and would have to go with a regular sandwich. Had I known this in the beginning I would have driven to the next available subway to get what I had expected. Disappointing experience.
