I needed to place a large catering order for our NFL party and this subway did amazing! She was so patient as I described how I needed certain subs made to accommodate all our guests. Worst experience I’ve had with a subway. They lost my order then told me it’s me it’s not their problem. Then they supposedly find my order after I asked for a refund. They were letting flies crawl on some of the food. The two women that were working were just rude. Safe to say I won’t be going back to that subway ever again!

Worse food ever. So they was closed yesterday due to it being easter. I get that. Our subs were nasty. Mine was toasted and the bread just crumbled. It was old and stale. Tasted like crap. Hardly any meat on it. My daughters sub wasn’t toasted and her bread was the same way. It was so disappointing. We went to this location cuz its closer to our house. Usually we go to the ones on 95. I worked for subway for 14 years and I would never serve my customers the bread we was served. If it’s hard and crusty don’t serve it. Like if u wouldn’t eat it what makes u think anyone else will? Very bad experience for us.

No one was in line when I walked in and the girl behind the counter slammed a metal tray down, ripped open the oven door, flung a sub out in anger and rudely yelled “I’ll get to you when I’m done with this doordash”!!!! Oh hell no! I definitely walked out. What the hell is wrong with these people subway hires. Every last one in town. I went out of my way to go to this one in hopes their customer service is better but ended up with the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life from anywhere. That girl needs some serious therapy along with whoever hired her.

You better work on employees here in Marion Ohio. My husband and I got subs at your Main St. Location and the gal messed up our subs big time. I ordered an Italian sub, she soaked it in Italian dressing and put ripe olives on it, which I didn’t want. His sub had the wrong cheese, it wasn’t baked and she forgot the lettuce. We’re about done with subway and I’m sure you’ll do nothing about this because hey, you got our money!

I’ve had several terrible experiences here and only a few good ones. Today an older lady who’s name tag said Mary jo was possibly the one that will cause me to drive to the other side of town on 95 by 23. Why would this lady get mad at me because I don’t want my vegetables to go in the toaster oven. Then she didn’t care to ask what bread I wanted and just grabbed a random one. I didn’t try to correct her because she was being so rude. My fellow coworker was just standing there asking me why she was acting the way she was. I have no idea what he issue was but I hope I never encounter her again. I choose to come to this location. I can drive across town to get my lunch. I do not have to eat over here. On a side note the younger lady who was working with her was very nice and helpful 12pm 7/11/22
