My visit was not a great one. First the prices were a little higher than a normal subway. I understand these are franchised therefore prices may range. As they are making my sub the same employees are checking out guests/ touching money, then not changing gloves and coming back to touch food. When I asked them to change gloves, they acted like they didn’t understand me at first, then let out a loud sigh and changed gloves. After this, getting toppings on my sub was like pulling teeth. Everything was very under portioned, and when you asked for extra you may get a tiny bit on one side of your sub, so that one side is covered with that topping but not the other, this was olives in this instance. So far this is annoying, but it happens. where my issue is what transpired. The lady who has appeared out of the back to check customers out tries to charge me for a drink when I put chips on the counter. I told her no I only want chips. She tries to tell me that its cheaper with a drink (this is obviously a lie), but I tell her no I only want chips. I insert my card and go to leave only to look at my receipt (which she tried to throw away before I asked for it) and realize I have been charged for cheese. I asked why and she stated I got extra cheese. She at no point asked anyone to make the order if I had extra cheese, nor did I ever ask for extra cheese, so I am not sure where this came from as I ordered the sub as is, but it is pretty scammy to me. When I ask for a refund on the extra cheese, she tells me that they are too busy and she doesn’t have time, and that I need to go online to talk to corporate for a refund. As I have gotten home, I realized they didn’t even give me the correct amount of meat on my sub, this spicy Italian only has 5 slices of pepperoni and 5 slices of salami, when a footlong is supposed to have 10 of each. The bigger joke was when I contacted corporate via their website the response was “this case has been sent to the store for review”. Several days went by and all i received from there was a “your case has been closed”. I get that this is a small amount of money but all the other items in my opinion really need addressed. Beware and avoid this location if possible.

Dinned in, food was good, dinning area clean but both restrooms were out of order and locked. It appears they may have been out of order for a while.

I don’t normally leave reviews but every time I enter this subway there’s a one very particularly rude employee who I’m assuming is the manager. I now avoid coming in when she’s working. Always seems to have a problem with doing her job and is extremely rude. I was once argued with for not wanting to purchase a drink because it was “cheaper” when I had calculated my total before hand because I was on a budget and it was in fact not cheaper. I was told that I couldn’t get the price I calculated online because it was online only. Now every time I go in I get mean mugged and my sandwich is always thrown together with little care. The customer treatment is horrible.

Bathrooms still not working after at least 3 weeks. I stopped in about a month ago and wanted to wash my hands prior to ordering, staff said they were out of order that the water isn’t working. I told them I just wanted to wash my hands but was told the were out of order. Then today I go in hoping the water issue is fixed but it was not. How are the staff washing their hands? What happens when they need to use the bathroom? To me this is a huge sanitation issue. Not to mention staff was rude.

Chicken bacon ranch sub was meh. I asked if the cookies were fresh. He told me yes. They were brittle and dry. He swore they were made three hours before at 8am. I call BS. Definitely would never return to this location.

Went in to get a singular sub and there was only one person in there in front of me. The worker took 15 minutes to do the one sub for them. A guy came in after me and when I went up to order the worker said “ I have my friends order ahead of you. It’ll be like 5 minutes” and he pointed at the guy who came in way after me. At this point I have already waited 20 minutes. When all he had to make was 1 sub. I left with nothing after this terrible experience.

Ordered delivery and got completely ripped off. Couldn’t even give a decent amount of iceberg letuce for a $10 salad?!? Even Panera’s portions aren’t this small. Maybe 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of American cheese maximum if even that. Ridiculous

The 2 ladies working are absolutely HELPLESS and have DISGUSTING attitude. Could not fix a simple issue. Made a cheap and awful sandwich as well at the end.
