This subway is filled with flies. I wanted the buffalo chicken sub but they were out of buffalo sauce. When I went to pay I asked if those were reward cards she said yeah but didn’t know how to use so I couldn’t get any points. Thankfully I remembered I can use the receipt to get my points I earned.I asked for my subs to be lightly toasted my subs were super cold.

For the previous months that I’ve worked in Whitehall, I’ve gone to this subway at least once a week for the lunch hour (I’ve deemed it ‘Subway day’, but I will only go if it’s this specific subway)
Sydney and Brandy are always so kind and always greet me with a smile. I’ve gone so much they’ve even remembered my order which always makes me feel special!
They are very sweet individuals who keep the store looking great, and running even better! I have not once seen anything in the containers that have looked like they have been sitting out, going bad, or not replaced. These ladies do a fantastic job and ensuring they are providing fresh veggies, meats, and cheeses for every sub! I’ve never gotten a sub that I’ve thought tasted weird, or bad.

I arrived at the place and the employee had a bad attitude. He seemed inexperienced. He started preparing my order and cut his finger. He put on a bandage and a glove and wanted to continue preparing the same sandwich with the same knife he had cut himself with. I told him to change both, but he ignored me until I told him two more times. He got very angry and threw the knife onto the table aggressively. Luckily, another employee took over the order… but I don’t recommend this place. All the vegetables didn’t look fresh, and I spent the day with an upset stomach after eating the sandwich.

If i could give this place a 0 I would. Waited for almost an hour for my online order to be ready as the employee got everyone else that was coming in before mine. Not only that but didnt even get the sandwiches correct and had (no exaggeration) 2 slices of meat on each side of my foot long. This is thee worst Subway in the area. Highly recommend avoiding this location if at all possible.

Brandy and Cindy are absolutely amazing they always keep the Vibes high with customers and provide excellent customer service. Not to mention every sub I’ve had from them has always been great and well put together never sloppy which is extremely important to me.

Ordered my food on the app. I asked for my sandwich to be made a specific way got home and it was nothing like I asked for. And the bread was old and they still have it to me. I went back to the location to have them remake it but they didn’t have steak do I asked for a refund. The young lady stated that there was no manager on duty to give me my money that I would have to wait till in the morning and to leave my name and number but I have yet to receive a call or my money back. You’re not gone feed me anything and think that’s ok. And the young lady was sitting out in the dinning room eating and seen me come in so she gets up and goes behind the counter and was about to make my food. I had to tell her to wash her hands and she acted as if I was wrong. They need to do better.

The Subway on cassady avenue in Columbus is absolutely ridiculous! The lady that works in there walks around like a mummy with an attitude. She does not greet you when you stand at the counter she just responds bread then you tell what kind of bread you want and she says toasted or not then she says sandwich. Then you tell her the items You want on the sandwich. Just slides the sandwich over finishes it up puts it in a bag slides a receipt in it and slides the bag towards you never udders a word. I’ve been going there for 2 months same behavior there is no way in God’s green earth no one has complained about this woman. I see there’s a sign needing employees. I hope you’re hiring her replacement cuz she is an absolute embarrassment to Subway.

i LOVE this subway and i can proudly say that everyday. sydney is just the sweetest thing and aways makes my experience there great when i stop in. the food & veggies are always fresh, never had a day it looked or tasted bad/gross/left out for hours. the ladies normally there mon-fri are always kind and i look forward to going there on my lunch more than once a week 🙂
