Ordered door dash. Got my food and the order was wrong. Called the store and she says bring it back and we can remake it. I asked if I get my delivery fee back and she said thats through door dash you have to call them. Doordash didn’t give me the wrong order! They did there job! Went in and they didn’t even say sorry! Asked me 5 times what was on it. I will not be going back there!

06/26/2024 – First time visiting this Subway. I was the only customer at the time so there was no wait. I ordered my usual which is the Turkey Titan. This is a small Subway. It was clean and had a few seating tables. All of their produce items looked good. Nice and friendly service. Tight parking out front. Decent prices.

I’m going to be honest it was pretty bad this time. I ordered online and picked up at location. The bread on all four subs were dry. The lettuce was old and the tomatoes were pitiful. I was very disappointed. This has happened before , however I was hoping maybe hands had changed with the staff and things would be a more fresher and better quality food experience. Do better staff and to the owner of this location. Trust me it matters to the success of your store.

Went in yesterday and had a horrible time. My daughter and I came in to get 2 subs. The woman taking our order seemed very unhappy never smiled. I told her I wanted 2 subs on 2 different kinds of bread but both sandwiches contained meatballs. She made sandwiche 1 and half way through sandwiche 2 she informed me they didn’t have enough. So I changed sandwiche 1 to a turkey. She throws out the bread from sandwiche 2? I told her no this is what we wanted and explained it again. She began to argue with me and began to get loud in front of my kid. I tried to explain again as well as her coworker. She continued to get louder and argue with me. Finally I had had enough and decided to make a example for my child on how to not put up with rude services. We left without our food and ate elsewhere. I hate to waste good food like that but she put the meatballs back into the pan so I didn’t want to eat there anyways. I should report that to the health department. Who knows how many times those same meatballs went through that.

Ordered a meal on the app, when I arrived they’d handed it to someone else just before I arrived. Third time that’s happened to me at this store. For some reason staff cannot be trusted to fulfill orders properly and get them into the hands of the right people.

This subway is located on South High Street. This has been the cleanest subway I’ve been to in a long time. The veggies are fresh and kept well and not wilted. The two ladys that have been in there each time my family has came in have been very professional and nice. We witnessed a customer that came in and gave the two workers a hard time and wanted to argue about everything trying to get them to validate a coupon that wasn’t for what she was ordering. The entire time they were polite to the customer even though she was really rude and disrespectful. I must say we have came back 3 times this month.

The two ladies working handed my daughter’s sub out with the order before us. The male co-worker made her sub again, making sure to use fresh gloves and utensils(my daughter has allergies). He was great. I wish I knew his name, great job!
