The woman who works there nearly daily rarely gets all the subs right. She almost always messes up at least one sub per order. Her excuse will be that she cant read the receipt very well, meaning she lacks reading skills. Had an unamicable interaction due to her not understanding note instructions, and refusal to try to understand what I explained to her. This shows limited comprehension and communication skills. Switching to the 1164 Hill Rd N location for now. Dont let one worker cause your location to shut down

10/27/25 – I don’t usually complain, and will tip pretty well…but the new manager lady has messed up my order about 3 times now. Adding things that I don’t ask for like oregano shake… or leaving veggies off that I asked for while I was grabbing a bag of chips… I tell her what I want… but she is not listening. This time she got my bread wrong… when I told her a Cold Cut Combo with Italian herbs and cheese, she put white on the table I told her again… she said mmm hum and she asked me if I wanted it toasted and what I wanted on it! I just got the white… she doesn’t listen! Didn’t change the bread…I was like, wow!
She is either very distracted, or super dense. Jessica has never messed up my order… This lady is 3 for the last 6 or 50% accuracy with me. I like to eat here about twice a week… but, I think I will start going elsewhere.

Just oererd 1/2 hour ago Order was wrong, was unable to contact store location @ 57 Hill Road Pickerington phone # no longer in service. Tried Subway main guest support center cannot call just chat with “Sammy” Beta chat. Useless!!!!

I received a delivery from this location for the first time today and it was a absolute terrible experience. The tuna melt was not toasted, which is kind of my fault too for getting tomato’s but when unwrapping the sandwich there was pieces of meat. Due to religious factors I do not eat meat. I also received a steak melt that didn’t have a lot of cheese either nor was there hardly any steak. In the picture that is the Mayo showing. I’ve ordered a melt online before from subway and this wasn’t it.

Terrible. Had a current coupon but the told my granddaughter they don’t take coupons. We ordered the Italian sub. The only meat on it was pepperoni, no ham , no Salami, on a 12 in sub only two pieces of cheese . I end up trying to make a 6 in sub out of what I was given. I tried to call the phone number posted on their website to talk to the manager but it was not in service . I will NEVER go there again. I am warning everyone don’t waste your money !

They forgot to put meat on my online order. Went back and asked them to fix it and they forgot the roast beef and didn’t rewrap the sandwich. I asked for a fresh sandwich and they refused.

Tried to use the app for the 6:99 foot long that you advertise over and over again but your app sucks and it trys to change the regular price and you can’t click off the meal deal so I ended up paying 35.00 for something that should have been 18. It’s just unbelievable that a company that has been around as long as you can install a app that actually works.

It’s hard to say anything bad about a Subway store. All the food is always contained in a prep table, bread in the racks and covered. This place was clean and organized like most others. The staff was friendly. You could tell they’d been a little busy. The two people in front of me had all custom orders, one customer was complaining about the portion sizes. The workers just went along. My food was delicious as I would expect. No problems at all. Thank you!
