Very inappropriate!!! I took my son to subway as a treat, and his sandwich took ages!!
I’m not one to rush people, but the two workers on hand were flirting with each other to the point where I was just embarrassed, Michael and some other younger woman, if they’d keep their hands off of each other and just make my sandwich, I wouldn’t have to overhear their unprofessional conversations

White guy named Michael has some sort of disgusting attitude. Lucky for him, I’m a well-mannered Arab American with self-respect! Many times there is only 1 employee working and even when there is 2, service is usually still slow. Average Subway food and the place seems clean.

Only 1 girl running the store so I don’t blame her, I blame the franchisee and management. Where all blame should be placed when they fail to adequately staff their stores, order sufficient toppings and ingredients to be served, and just underperform all around. The girl running the store was worn out but couldn’t get ahold of fellow coworkers to come in and help as we were waiting in line. Again, not any of the employees’ faults. They were out of certain breads, meats, etc, so we had to change our order according to what was available. Waste of time and money.

Girl working was very rude. I ordered online app stated it would be ready at 635Pm when we arrived it wasn’t even started. Took until almost 700 pm to get subs. One working disappeared into the restroom. The store had no cheese except shredded no pop in machine or cooler out of most chips Very disappointed.

I am sitting in the parking lot after I got my food because this young woman, Shelby was the EPITOME of customer service for my visit. She was the only employee and she waited on easily 10 people in 20 minutes! A smile on her face the whole time! Her performance on her 2nd week really stood out to me and I felt that she genuinely deserves some sort of recognition for maintaining a positive disposition while under stress. Top Tier experience.

Just ordered a tuna sub. The bread was so old and dry. So I called immediately. No answer!!!
$10 and the bread is so bad I truly can’t eat it.
I was the only person there and I live minutes from the store on Hunter St.
I would make sure and ask if bread was made that day. The texture and taste is like a 4 or 5 day old bread.
