Located inside of the Walmart, this Subway looks modern. The staff were friendly enough and got our sandwiches out to use quickly. Everything looked like it was going well. Then, I unwrapped my sandwich. Slid in the bread, was a good chunk of cardboard. Thankfully, I noticed it before I bit in, but that could’ve been a disgusting bite.

So many issues. Besides being dirty, slow and kind of dumb. Ordered subway club toasted. When it was put in front of the “condiments guy” I asked why there was hardly any meat on it—“well, we’re out of roast beef”. Nobody told me that when I ordered. Instead of doubling up on one of the meats they just handed it to me as is. When I paid for it with debit card, he said it didn’t go through and run it again. So today my bank account was charged twice ($27.16) for the worst sub I’ve ever had. Because I had to get to an appointment, I didn’t have time to hassle with the order. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Dined in and tables have the same dirt as three days ago. Employees sitting in chairs not sweeping not cleaning still out of product. Been two weeks now. Can’t order a certain sandwiches because they’re out of food items some of them employees cursing in front of customers customers come in and have to ring the bell five times before someone comes out from behind the door Very unpleasant employees

An Employee was very rude to a customer, took advantage of their kindness with unsatisfactory of food preparation and told customer that they should also tip regardless of customer service. Horrible for one to witness this. Need better service, that treats customers with respect.

Ordered online. The guy in store was nice. Got back to my hotel and checked out the subs… How the hell do you forget the cheese?… it goes bread then cheese. I ordered one of my 2 subs with extra cheese and got none on both.. The guy at the store did call the phone to inform me that the bread I requested was out so I know he could have said something if they were out of provolone..

Absolutely terrible. Employees didn’t know what they were doing, I had to explain how to prepare the Ultimate Garlic Cheesy bread and he still managed to mess it up. One employee had ear buds in the whole time, one kept wiping his nose on his arm. Both subs we ordered were burnt almost to the point they were inedible. Both employees laughed the whole time like they thought it was funny. It took 15 minutes to get to burnt subs.

Terrible service rude staff. Went around 12:00 noon. Fixings for meatball marinara were not ready. Told they would be in 30 min. Came back after waiting the 30 min. Employee was working on pick up orders refused to check to.see if the fixings were ready and denied to serve me after he knew I was waiting. There going there again.
